Quick service, i had upgraded to 4ah batteries but they sent the standard 2.5ah out with it. An easy mistake to make has the box does not state the ah on them. An email on the evening of delivery was sent and i had a phone call the next morning at 7.45am with an apology. The correct ones where delivered the next morning and original ones collected. Fantastic service i will definitely be using Kelvin power tools in the future. Plus the prices are good, better service and prices than I.T.S who i normally use.

Eddie is an outstanding member of your staff. Always happy to help and good sales guy. Last visit I was made aware from a new guy that you won’t be taking any repairs in for 3 month. Very poor service. Back log is the reason. Start more staff or look at your holiday structure which I’m sure you’d aware there is an issue. You are going to loose a lot of custom with this decision but then I’m guessing you don’t care. Change in service since the buy out with isn’t a positive reveiw. Sad given the service I used to get.

The item that arrived was not as advertised. I contacted customer service and someone has acknowledged the error snd trying to resolve the issue but as yet not resolved.

Hello. Thank you for your review. Our apologies again for this. Metabo have updated the blade for this part number, which we were unaware of, so you received the new blade. Shirley has just heard back from Metabo about this. They're going to send us another blade that is similar to the old blade, so we'll send this out to you as soon as we receive it. You can also keep the new blade that you received. Shirley has just sent you an email to let you know this.

Hello. Unfortunately it isn't that simple. Manufacturers are still having stock issues with spare parts. It's at least a 4 week wait to receive spare parts from most manufacturers. This is what has caused the backlog. We're not accepting any new repairs to allow our workshop to clear the backlog.

The charger arrived loose and not in non-retail packaging, which was not disclosed beforehand. The delivery was slow, but this was communicated in advance. Overall, the experience was satisfactory. Edited: Your website does not explain that the charger is split from a tool kit! The delivery was particularly slow, taking about 2 weeks to arrive. You asked for my feedback so don't attack me!!!!!!!!

Hello. Thank you for your review. The charger didn't have any Bosch packaging as it was split from a tool kit. Doing this allows us to offer you a better price than if we were to buy the charger in individually from Bosch. We explain this on our website. Delivery was slow as you chose Royal Mail's 4-7 working day delivery at the checkout. You placed your order on Sunday 12th November when we were closed. On Royal Mail's system it shows that your order was delivered on Wednesday 22nd, so that was 8 working days for delivery. We're now in the busy period for couriers, so unfortunately some delays are happening.

I tried to drop off Panasonic tools that I had purchased from Kelvin Power Tools that were still under warranty. The guy told me to bring them back in 4 months because they were short staffed. Shit service happy to sell but not support

Hello. Thank you for your review. Unfortunately there has been a miscommunication between our workshop and sales counter staff regarding repairs. Our workshop is short staffed at the moment, so they can only accept warranty repairs and account customer repairs. I apologise that you were told that we couldn't help you. If you still need your tools repaired under warranty, then just bring them in and let our sales counter staff know that it's a warranty repair.

Unfortunately received item and it was broken. Must admit I didn’t try and sort due to distance from Shop. Now repaired by Pad under Guarantees. Maybe unfair the two stars as Delivery was very quick.

Hello. We feel that your review is unfair. The nailer was zip-tied in its case by Paslode before it was sent to us, so we haven't intentionally sent you a broken nailer. Like you said, you didn't let us know that there was anything wrong with the nailer. If you did then we would have collected the nailer and sent you a replacement straight away. So we're not sure what we're at fault for here...

Hello. This is standard procedure, as with most shops. We need to receive a faulty product back first to ensure that it's actually faulty before we can replace or refund. We received your faulty saw and sent out your replacement saw yesterday.

Hello. Thank you for your review. This blade is specifically designed for cutting metal, so it should be able to cut through screws. Due to the nature of their application, blades don't have a guarantee or warranty, so please get in touch with Bosch directly to discuss this. Hello. Thank you for your review. You placed your order on Sunday 30th April when we were closed for the weekend. It was a bank holiday on the Monday, so your order was dispatched on the Tuesday and you received it on the Wednesday. It doesn't show any problems with your delivery on DPD's system, so we can only apologise for any problems that you had with them.

You chose Royal Mail's 4-7 working day delivery at the checkout, so that's why it took over a week to arrive. The blade didn't have any Bosch packaging as it was split from a 10-pack of blades. Doing this allows us to offer you a better price than if we were to buy the blade in individually from Bosch.
