Possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. We spent around £800 on an order for a new wine cellar we were building within our Farm Shop. Sadly I cannot fit my full review in here, but we waited 67 days in total, with no apology or real explanation Customer service is extremely slow. Avoid My full review will be submitted on other platforms.

Thank you for your custom. We would like to apologise for the delay to your order - unfortunately severe delays in the supply chain meant we were unable to fulfill this sooner. We did try to keep you as updated as possible and are sorry we were not able to meet your needs in this.
Excellent service, fantastic product and it looks lovely, the only down side is the lighting came with European plugs and we are in the uk and the instructions could be a bit clearer as to what inserts go in

I placed an order which when arrived was nothing like the images online. I contacted customer services and whilst the lady was pleasant and helpful the time between responses was slow so it’s taken nearly 1 month to get a returns label. I’ve subsequently ordered an alternative and it’s now showing as a 28 day delivery. I’ve again contacted customer services and had no response.

I‘m sorry you were unsatisfied. Colours on a PC differ from screen to screen, so the colour of the product was not as you expected. Your query took approx 2 weeks total to process because we needed more info from you. Thank you for your new order. Your new product is in production. Delivery times are clearly stated. We couldn‘t reach you by phone today. We will continue to try and reach you.

The product is basic, not particularly well made for the price. Packaging was minimal - straight into a cardboard box. No protection. When unboxed, several corners of the rack were found to have been bruised. Its OK and alternatives are not easy to find so we have not tried to send it back.

Unfortunately we did not receive a message from you about your matter. We would have liked to have found a solution in direct contact with you. Transport damage is part of our everyday life and we would have liked to have replaced the goods and discussed the return transport of the delivered goods with you. We have sent you an e-mail and we hope that we will find a solution - even now.
