We booked our tickets "online" from the United States. When we travelled to Vienna for the Concert, we arrived at the concert hall (Karlskirche) and had no trouble finding the entrance and passing through with our tickets. So our experience COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER. We were a bit concerned that we may have some trouble, since we were using Viennaconcerts.com for the first time. But our experience was flawless because everything we needed was in place before the concert. Also, the Concert itself was excellent ... and the Venue was outstanding. Thank-you Viennaconcerts.com! Keep up the wonderful work you do.

The concert it self was good . less operah more thye conductor audiance engagment would have been better. great conductor . thank you. the staff /usher is not trained to exude care and diplomacy or act as ambassaadors so guests can reccomend to others. we were seated right by the door front row of the isle. as a older gentleman i needed to use the restroom and could come back without interrupting others. actually their were two applause breaks but the usherer would not let me come back in. even the supervisor who was called refused . the reson for not allowing guests to walk during the performance is understood. but not during an applause specially those older folks like us have to use the restroom anbd we by design bought seats next to exit. extreamly dssapointing ending due to lack of care exuded by the staff . bad taste will need to explore other options as we love Vienna.
