We booked our tickets "online" from the United States. When we travelled to Vienna for the Concert, we arrived at the concert hall (Karlskirche) and had no trouble finding the entrance and passing through with our tickets. So our experience COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER.
We were a bit concerned that we may have some trouble, since we were using Viennaconcerts.com for the first time. But our experience was flawless because everything we needed was in place before the concert.
Also, the Concert itself was excellent ... and the Venue was outstanding.
Thank-you Viennaconcerts.com! Keep up the wonderful work you do.
The concert it self was good . less operah more thye conductor audiance engagment would have been better. great conductor . thank you.
the staff /usher is not trained to exude care and diplomacy or act as ambassaadors so guests can reccomend to others.
we were seated right by the door front row of the isle. as a older gentleman i needed to use the restroom and could come back without interrupting others. actually their were two applause breaks but the usherer would not let me come back in. even the supervisor who was called refused . the reson for not allowing guests to walk during the performance is understood. but not during an applause specially those older folks like us have to use the restroom anbd we by design bought seats next to exit. extreamly dssapointing ending due to lack of care exuded by the staff . bad taste will need to explore other options as we love Vienna.

The concert itself was played in the marble hall, which I must say was one of the most beautiful rooms I've had the pleasure to be in. stunning....
The musicians were very well presented and what a talented quartet they were fantastic, sent shivers down my spine...over 2 hours of sheer talent.
Couldn't recommend the experience enough...A MUST SEE!!!!

We loved the venue and the performance,but
We loved the venue and the performance, however we fail to understand why the organisers let a couple inside the concert with a baby who as expected started crying after 20 minutes disturbing the whole audience and experience. At the first place the parents shouldn’t have brought the baby to the concert and it’s also the responsibility of the organisers to have a strict policy that such concerts aren’t suitable for babies, young children yes but not a baby in a pram. We were totally disappointed that your staff let them in after some discussions with the parents.

Dear Customer. Thank you for your review. That was not our staff. Viennaconcerts.com is a Ticket Office and we offer many many events in Vienna. We do not organize those events. At our website, we do not offer tickets for children younger than 6. We can not control what organisers do with their concerts. We try to do our best with regard to our service, which is online overview and information, easy bookings and e-Tickets.

It was a wonderful experience for me.I felt wonderful at tha concert, I lived with enjoy very moment, from the moment I entered the Musikverein building. I will definitely repet this experience.
A beautiful mixture of Johann Strauß waltzes, a bit of Lehar, well known opera ouvertures and 2 really good singers.
We sat in row 2 which was 40 Euro cheaper than row 1, hard to understand the price policy.

Wonderful venue for small intimate concerts.
I had a magical time attending the concert here. I could easily hear the music and was close enough to watch the musicians key off of one another as they performed. They played wonderfully.. The hall is stunning.

Mozart Concert at the Musikverein, 12 April 2023
Firstly, the venue (The Musikverein) was wonderful and then we greatly enjoyed the Mozart concert itself on 12 April 2023. Both the musicians and the singers were superb. It was a fantastic evening!
