I was sent a faulty item. There are hair missing at the temple. I ordered her especially for New Years eve so asked if it could be exchanged at their branch as it was only days before the occasion but wasn't allowed to do that. So now I'm stuck with her and need to be careful not to put hair away. I spent so much on a wig not to need to worry about such things. Overall not a good experience as wigs should be inspected before being sent. On top of that she looked like she was being used as a tag inside cap wasn't looking perfectly clean so I would speculate that she was being returned before by someone else and instead being removed from stock or fixed was sold again with hopes that the next person would not return it. Overall not a good experience.
