Customer service was excellent, online it would have been nice to see photos of wigs in each colour, however no other companies are doing that so maybe its not practical

I attended with my daughter and friend /hairdresser who originally told me about this business, I am being treated for cancer and started chemo and wanted to get a wig sorted out before I loose my hair . I was treated beautifully with respect and kindness and was helped and advised so well .

The service I received from Claire at Joseph’s wigs was excellent. Claire was patient, kind and understanding of the difficulties in choosing a wig, especially the first time due to cancer treatment hair loss. The wig Claire suggested for me looks really good on, it is taking time to get used to but so far all reactions have been positive. Very pleased, happy to recommend this shop.

Claire works to create a long and trusting relationship. I feel that she is focused on what will make me happy, not just pressure selling me the highest marked up item.

Excellent service from start to finish

The wigs are of good quality. The prices are always good. Plus if you have an illness the vat is taken off. I’ve been wearing wigs for years and was hoping my hair would grow back. But with these wigs that doesn’t look like wigs now. I love wearing them. I’ve still got some that I wear from 1917 and are still good quality and still look good.
