Ordering on the website was a nightmare and I had to go back later. I think there may have been a glitch so will give benefit of doubt. Given the cost I was worried that payment either wasn’t going through or I’d paid twice!. Once ordered everything went smoothly, it was delivered the next day as promised. The packaging was heavy and enormous and I wondered if I’d ordered the wrong model. Once unpacked it’s a beautiful machine. Simple to put together, ish, still a heavy beast but of such high quality, no sharp edges, nice design. Quiet to use, really easy to clean and put back together again. All it needs is rinsed, no graters to scrub, waste minimal and very dry for composting. The fruit and veg need a lot of prep but it’s all part of the process as once loaded you have nothing to do and it’s really quick to juice one hopper. Very pleased when I don’t think about the price

I've had resort to PayPal and added a dispute. The machine did not come with the instructions on top of that the buttons on the panel are not according to their function. I'm pleading with them to pick up the machine (bread maker £299)
