Hello Elliott I'm very sorry that you had an issue with the cancellation of this order. As you will have seen (a system generated email would have been sent on cancellation) we did cancel the order when requested but there was an issue processing the refund that caused it to be delayed, this has now been rectified and the refund should be with you now or within the next couple of days depending on payment method used. With regard to refunds for out of stock cards being made in store credit, as can be seen in one of the images that you have uploaded we do offer the option to request a cash refund, we are always happy to refund in cash if it is the customers preference. I'm sorry that this order didn't meet the standard that you expected, if you take a look at the other reviews on this website I hope that you will see that it is not typical of the service that we provide. Again, very sorry for the issues that you have with this order.
