I have ordered two items and paid by credit card. Then I received a reply to deliver one item and (without warning in advance) the 2nd items not available in stock. However, I can't use the trimmer without the spool and line, so I send two emails requesting to cancel the 2nd item because I have already purchased the spool and line. Despite that, however, I have no reply to confirm cancellation.

When I contacted them to enquire about missing items they already knew they were missing but didn't think to inform me.
They said to give it until 6/6/19 for other items to arrive this has now passed and still no contact from the company.
Not impressed with customer service.

The item arrived within a few days well packed. It’s a hand blender fitting for my Bosch hand mixer with whiclh i am very happy.; it looks and feels like a solid well engineered bit of kit and it fits well in the mixer. I have no comment to make regarding Customer Service as i haven’t had cause to contact them All in all, I’m very pleased, thank you.
