absolute shambles with regards to delivery. huge
delay in getting me my order and i still have not received the right order two weeks on. these are expensive items and were dumped on my driveway in the rain. i was not even informed they had been left there nor have i received an apology for the series of mishaps. hope they manage to deliver the right items soon
Spent over £600 + Delivery on panelling - the items turned up damaged and all scuffed on the edges, customer service was bang average, no apologies. never the less product quality is great, but I'd think again before buying from this company for my next purchase, for sure!

Hi James. Sorry you feel this way! This was sorted this out within hours however of you bringing it to our attention and the damaged panels were replaced as quickly as possible.
Ordered over 10 days ago promising 2-3 day delivery. After contacting them I was told it will be dispatched that day and be with me within 2 days. 5 days later contacted them again to be told that they wont be receiving the goods themselves for another day then they will dispatch to me. I have since had a notification that my goods have been dispatched. 3 days later still nothing!!!

The quality of the sample I got was very very poor. For the money that a full board cost the quality I received was shocking

Takes ages for delivery, customer service awful as they lie about delivery dates. Products are good but that’s if they actually deliver them
