I have bought many, many items from Peter Hahn and enjoyed wearing them very much. Much of their stock is above my price range but careful searching through the Sale pages is often rewarding. It's been particularly good of late when an extra 30% was being deducted from the sale price. But now I learn that the firm is no longer to trade in GB and clothingI'm quite devastated by this

I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again

It would be great if the orders could come faster , it takes up to two weeks to receive an order from the time of ordering, however due to the fact that things come from Germany it would be great if my order could arrive quicker, I note that you’ve started to inform me about items leaving the warehouse and on its way which is a great improvement.

I had to wait a bit as they were having a change round, Not a lot of communication to advise me what was happening. Very nice young lady at customer services and when my twin-set did arrive I was very pleased with it and I would purchase from them again. I think it was unfortunate that I ordered when their dispatch were having a move round.

Lovely clothes
I appreciate Peter Hahn's range of clothing very much indeed, and am a regular customer. Their returns system is good too.
My only slight criticism is that their delivery is quite slow, but the clothes are worth waiting for and very possibly we have all become quite impatient since we have become greedy for next day delivery.

I love many European labels which - unlike many other outlets - Peter Hahn continue to supply. Your service matches the quality of your products and I thank you for jumping the many post-Brexit hurdles.
The only improvement I would like to see is more communication in relation to order/ delivery status to get an idea of ETA.

PETER HAHN has a great selection of Twin-sets!
PETER HAHN has a great selection of clothes and jewellery. I enjoy browsing the website and the catalogues I receive nudge me towards items I might not otherwise see. Their service is second to none. I might describe the company as delightfully proper, polite and helpful. I love their twin-sets and jewellery in particular.

Always good service on line and by telephone.
My only criticism is with delivery. I live in a block of apartments. The courier leaves package in safe place but I never have notice of the delivery so if I don’t visit that area I do not know that it has arrived. Could you arrange a delivery message please?

Your clothes are so very nice, can always see some thing I would like to buy and I usually end up buying something. Your web site is easy to use. I like the delivery by post, so much safer that other companies delivery. Companies who leave the package on you door step. Royal Mail would never do that.

Admin needs improvement
Don’t like the fact that I can’t access old orders online. Sometimes you buy something and the label has come off and you want to know what the make was. Also very slow delivery service and limited info despatch and expected arrival date. I just love the clothes though so I am sticking with them!

I really enjoy shopping on the Peter Hahn site. I know they are changing to a new computer system which can cause teething problems but it would be good for future reference to know if the products aren't available an email could be sent through detailing any problems with orders.

Good clothes
Some of the clothes are extremely expensive. Their own are more reasonably priced, well made, amd fashionable. They come beautifully packed amd returns are promptly dealt with. My main gripe is the length of time they take to arrive amd the number of catalogues they send out.

I rang bout an order that I was waiting for that was late and you had already advised me of that but the operator I think his name was Ben told me that my original order was out of stock and so I was able to re order another article which was very good as it was for a wedding.

So many lovely clothes. Difficult to choose which one to buy but these days prices dictate. Hopefully, prices will come down a little to help people afford them. I have chosen today a lovely top and will continue to buy from Peter Hahn, as the quality is excellent.

I have bought clothes from Peter Hahn for a number of years. The clothes are very good quality and the website is easy to navigate. Schmidt und Fuchs jackets are particularly good for taller women. Only problem is that delivery is not always as fast as I would like.

I like the clothes when they arrive. Unfortunately there is always a long delay before clothes arrive and no estimate is ever given of the possible delivery date. If other firms can provide an estimated delivery window, I do not see why Peter Hahn cannot do the same.

Everything I've had from them is of excellent quality
They have a wide range and everything I've had from them is of excellent quality and precisely as described. Good use of natural fibres - wool, cotton etc - without the bulking out with man-mades which are impossible to wash with a clear environmental conscience.

There was very little communication from the company . Delivery was very slow. Almost a month after I placed the order. Most companies these days send email once an order has been shipped with a link to track the order. Maybe Peter Hahn should think about this .

The range of products, and the quality are excellent, they arrive beautifully packed BUT it takes such a long time to get the items ordered.! I have been waiting since 2nd May for an order whereas other companies send items within three days - why the delay ?

I found nothing wrong with this company.
I would have given 5 stars, but they were very slow on delivery time. After all the poor reviews, I was quite concerned. However, the goods arrived well packaged. Unfortunately the boots were too large, and I had to return them. I was refunded quite quickly.

I love the quality and the discreet quirky detail (eg sequins)
I love the quality and the small quirky detail on the last Brax Jeans I ordered, which "feminised" them and made them stand a little apart from other sellers.
I'm disappointed with the delivery times though - other suppliers leave you standing on this.
