I have recently bought lots from Peter Hahn over the last few months - having ‘grown out of’ many items during lockdowns and also becoming fed up with shoddy quality from other suppliers. The clothes of the latter look fabulous in photographs on gorgeous models online but in reality the fabrics mostly turn out to be shoddy and unflattering.
My Hahn purchases are the reverse - they look good, feel good, and are wearing well.
Also having had too much experience of returning unwanted items to other suppliers, orders that were delivered crammed into horrible chunks of plastic, the Hahn packaging is brilliantly simple and elegant and could not be more customer friendly - thanks!

Wrong colour cardigan delivered. I sent it back the following day, enclosing an order for the red cardigan originally ordered and a cheque. I have received no confirmation that the parcel has been received or confirmation that a further order has been received and is being processed and an estimate of when I might receive the new order. This is routine for Peter Hahn. Other mail order firms provide a delivery date a few days beforehand. This enables the recipient to be at home . Parcels from Peter Hahn just arrive unannounced. This is a shame, as their clothes are lovely. I provide an email address, so communication would not be difficult.
I bought a pair of Raphael trousers, they are perfect and the quality is as good as the last ones I bought about 5 years ago, and they still look smart., they have kept there shape and colour. Which was light brown and navy. This time I went for the dark grey.. the trousers are a bit expensive to purchase but the price is well outplayed by the time they stay smart and last. Great quality and style. Thankyou.

I've always received good service from Peter Hahn. There were a few blips regarding the recording of orders, but I was recompensed for these. Now that I have an account it will be easier to see that an order has gone through. Peter Hahn's clothes are always flattering, it must be due to the cut and I always know that each garment will fit me. Buying from Peter Hahn has always been a pleasure.
Have to wait a long time for deliveries. All three items I ordered have come separately - still waiting for one! I was notified, but that doesn’t help when you are going on holiday. Reluctant to place any more orders.
Also, I am inundated by numerous catalogues. Is this really necessary?

My reason for the low star rating is mainly due to the delay in receiving the sandals. Unfortunately they did not fit so I have had to return them. They were both too wide and came up too high at the heel and we’re uncomfortable at my ankle.

Despite the fact I cannot actually visit the real shop of Peter Hahn, I feel that the online customer service makes me feel as if I am receiving the personal attention that I would otherwise receive were I to actually visit the store.
