Have always loved your jeans so a fan.
Have you changed your sizing? I purchased a size 16 S and was surprised to see how long the trousers were. They are even longer that the 16 R I purchased several years ago.
I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again

I loved the variety and quality of garments and accessories. Their clothes were not cheap, but it was worth paying more for the better quality of materials and designs. I shall miss them very much and wish they would resume trading in the UK. The only issue I had was the length of time it took to receive items ordered.
I would like to hear about the closure of this company and why it is still taking orders. Lovely clothes and am very sad to find it is being closed down.

Overall the clothes are nice quality, however I’ve looked online to search for a couple of things in the sale and when I’ve clicked on my size ( having already put it on the filter ) it generally comes up as “currently out of stock “ !
How irritating is that ? It’s happening a lot , so i feel something needs to be done about it , thanks 🙏
Very happy with the quality of the goods and the ordering system your company uses but I have deducted one star because your address labelling system doesn’t print my flat number.
This has meant several parcels have only arrived here because I was friendly with the then postman and he knew which flat I lived in. The last parcel was resent after I contacted Customer Services who informed me that “Royal Mail” had returned the parcel to you.
