Have always loved your jeans so a fan. Have you changed your sizing? I purchased a size 16 S and was surprised to see how long the trousers were. They are even longer that the 16 R I purchased several years ago.

I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again

Placed order on 1 May but still awaiting delivery of same. Some problem within company but was given a £20 voucher in compensation but this is really only worth £5 as an email informs all customers that there is a discount of £15 available. Not impressed on this occasion of the service so far received.

Thank you for your review. We can confirm due to a system upgrade we experienced teething problems which were not anticipated. Sadly orders leaving our German warehouse have been delayed but we can confirm all orders started invoicing as of the 21.05.2023. Order was slow to arrive, and only aprt fulfilled. The delivery note with the items that were delivered stated that the other item should have arrived 5 days before. When I contacted Peter Hahn, they stated that they had no delivery date for the missing item (despite what the dispatch note said....)

The time spent between ordering and delivery ,when an item is in stock, is way too long. Communication isn’t good when it comes to taking money from my account and sending items out for delivery And everything is put down to a new system that has taken most of the year to be installed .

Delivery slow

The issue with Peter Hahn is the time you have to wait for delivery of an order. It’s always around 10/12 days for delivery! Where as other companies it’s usually within 2/4 days or next day if you pay for express delivery! Peter Hahn however have a great selection of brands of shoes 👠!

Peter Han Declining service.…

Service from Peter Han has been seriously affected by their change in administration system recently. Their communication is very poor unlike in the past and I feel, as a retired Banker of 40 years experience in administration, they need too go back to their old excellent system.

Had to cancel an order as it took too long . The next order apparently failed because they couldn't take payment. They did not inform me of this so I waited and waited for the order. I only found out when I contacted them via email. It took quite some time for them to respond

My order has been delayed twice & still hasn't arrived, despite payment being taken. This is not a great service, but the products are good. I don't mind waiting if I know roughly when my order is going to turn up, but better communication in this respect would be appreciated.

Communication! You aren’t advised when order has been despatched. No tracking available and customer service can’t give true information on where order is and if it’s been sent. A tad frustrating, when you pay £4.95 for delivery order took 20 days to arrive.

You pay £4.95 delivery as we dispatch from Germany, however we do offer a free return label inside every parcel so a return will always be free. I did a return for a smaller size. They didn’t notice I had filled in the boxes for a return. I chased it and was told this was a mistake and said sorry but as I am now away for a few weeks I will have to reorder when I get back. Very annoying.

Allow plenty of time for delivery.

Although I usually appreciate the style and quality of clothes from this company, my only complaint is the time taken to deliver the goods. It's useless trying to buy for a special occasion/holiday unless you allow at least a month for delivery.

Better delivery times, and tracked delivery. Waiting weeks for a parcel, royal mail left parcel outside in the rain whilst I was on holiday, if it was a tracked parcel I could have re-arranged a date for delivery.

Made an order. Only when my 1st item was despatched was I told that my t-shirt was out-of-stock. This item is still available on the site. I can still order it. If it still available, why is it out-of-stock?
