I have bought many, many items from Peter Hahn and enjoyed wearing them very much. Much of their stock is above my price range but careful searching through the Sale pages is often rewarding. It's been particularly good of late when an extra 30% was being deducted from the sale price. But now I learn that the firm is no longer to trade in GB and clothingI'm quite devastated by this

I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again

Customer for over 30 years
I have been buying Peter Hahn products for 30+ years and very much like a good percentage of their garments. However, in all honesty, I find quite a number of their items are too expensive for me, now that I am a pensioner.

Order not fulfilled. Money was taken from my account on sept 4th for my order and after 2phone calls and an email I have been notified today October 20th that my order has been cancelled and the money refunded

They have a great range of brands which aren't readily available in shops. My only gripe is that delivery is slow and there are no updates on when the delivery will arrive.

As stated in our T&C's all orders should take 8-10 working days to arrive but at present we have been experiencing technical issues we have been working around the clock to try and resolve for our valued customers.
