I have bought many, many items from Peter Hahn and enjoyed wearing them very much. Much of their stock is above my price range but careful searching through the Sale pages is often rewarding. I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again

Only one minor criticism, p53 of catalogue, dress 148 395 85 shown with a lovely scarf, just could not locate it! Found a different one under 4 online pages of scarves so almost perfect!

Everything is fine other than delivery is quite slow and it would be nice if they acknowledge that any return has been received. I do feel that they are a trustworthy company.

They have a great range of brands which aren't readily available in shops. My only gripe is that delivery is slow and there are no updates on when the delivery will arrive.

Non-standard sizes
Very wide choice, but sizes are very different from standard ones. I ordered a pair of jeans and had to get a size 22 to fit me, whereas I normally have size 18 or even 16.

Change over of system delayed the posting of the 2 parcels. The Jacket is fantastic but the skirt was dull and not lined so I have se not it back.
