Have always loved your jeans so a fan.
Have you changed your sizing? I purchased a size 16 S and was surprised to see how long the trousers were. They are even longer that the 16 R I purchased several years ago.
I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again

I have found Peter Hahn reliable, good and usually quite prompt in delivery, although just now I am experiencing a slight delay having ordered a couple of items.

Recently in March I did the sales and scooped some lovely items at a reduced price. Peter Hahn's clothes are gorgeous and of high quality.
The customer service is good.
Some of the sale items I had to return because they either didn't suit or fit.
I sent an email to cancel the contract with Peter Hahn for items being returned and then posted them the package retaining proof of postage.
Over a month later there was still no acknowledgement from Peter Hahn that my returns package had arrived with them. I worried that perhaps my package had gone astray.
My Trusted Shop Basic guarantee was about to expire therefore I phoned Peter Hahn yesterday afternoon, 17 April, to ask about my returns parcel.
An internal trace was initiated and a few hours later I received confirmation Receipt of Return email that yes, my returned items had safely arrived.
It is likely that the combination of the Easter break and Royal Mail problems plus sheer volume of business were the reason my package was extra slow arriving at Peter Hahn.
Now that my returned items can be processed now I look forward to my refund in 7-14 days. When I get my refund I would be inclined to give a five star assessment.

Fantastic collection of good quality clothes and shoes. Everything I have bought, which is plenty, has been lovely. The website is very well thought out with the filters so you can find exactly what you are looking for. Also hovering on the colour choices without having to click and go into the product I like. Takes a bit longer than usual for delivery which is why I gave 4 stars. But a brilliant shopping experience.
The clothes are great.
The reason for dropping a star is because you can not see past orders on the website. It would be useful when reordering an item to be able to refer to the old order, because the numbers on the garment labels do not always correspond with the item numbers on the site, so it can be difficult to search for the item that you want to re-order.
Delivery takes quite a while, though I appreciate the orders are shipped from Germany

I ordered a pair of sandals on the 5th June (Size 3) and was informed that there was a slight delay in delivery. When I had not received them on the 30th June I contacted them to be informed that they did not know how long the delay would be. I cancelled my order. I would have liked to be informed earlier, so that I could have found alternatives. The size is difficult to find.
I am pleased with the promptness which the query was processed.

For some reason I found difficulty in applying the Promotion Code, in contrast to the voucher code, which was very clear and easy to apply. It would also be very helpful if you could indicate approximately how long until the item will be delivered. Could there be advice given concerning safe place of delivery if I'm out, eg. Porch or in alcove.
Would it be possible to text or email me when the item was despatched?
I love the catalogues, website, quality and range BUT I hate the long delay between ordering and receipt of the goods. I placed an order for two in stock items three weeks ago and still haven't had them. This is really very poor customer service . I understood that there was recently a reorganisation which was intended to improve the situation - it clearly hasn't.!
I just don’t like this year’s fashions. Plus delivery times are ludicrously long. My last order took over a month. It was only a top which could have been putinthe post and arrived in two days. There’s clearly a big problem in the Company.

I find their delivery times very slow. I appreciate they come from Germany but so do Madeleine & they are quite quick. However, the quality if PH clothes are good.
Good choice and quality of products. Data on posting and tracking of an order is standard nowadays for most online shopping. Given how long it takes for items to reach the UK from Germany it would be particularly useful to have this information rather than having to check with customer service as to whether an order has been processed and likely delivery date.

Service is good and happy with quality of items purchased. However, there is sometimes a very long wait for items to come into stock, a couple of months in some cases, this has stopped me from ordering some items due to requiring them for an upcoming event. I also think their prices are rather high and wait for offers or sale items. Generally happy overall.
Don’t like the fact that I can’t access old orders online. Sometimes you buy something and the label has come off and you want to know what the make was. Also very slow delivery service and limited info despatch and expected arrival date. I just love the clothes though so I am sticking with them!
I really enjoy shopping on the Peter Hahn site. I know they are changing to a new computer system which can cause teething problems but it would be good for future reference to know if the products aren't available an email could be sent through detailing any problems with orders.
Some of the clothes are extremely expensive. Their own are more reasonably priced, well made, amd fashionable. They come beautifully packed amd returns are promptly dealt with. My main gripe is the length of time they take to arrive amd the number of catalogues they send out.
I like the clothes when they arrive. Unfortunately there is always a long delay before clothes arrive and no estimate is ever given of the possible delivery date. If other firms can provide an estimated delivery window, I do not see why Peter Hahn cannot do the same.

There was very little communication from the company . Delivery was very slow. Almost a month after I placed the order. Most companies these days send email once an order has been shipped with a link to track the order. Maybe Peter Hahn should think about this .

The range of products, and the quality are excellent, they arrive beautifully packed BUT it takes such a long time to get the items ordered.! I have been waiting since 2nd May for an order whereas other companies send items within three days - why the delay ?
