I have bought many, many items from Peter Hahn and enjoyed wearing them very much. Much of their stock is above my price range but careful searching through the Sale pages is often rewarding. It's been particularly good of late when an extra 30% was being deducted from the sale price. But now I learn that the firm is no longer to trade in GB and clothingI'm quite devastated by this

I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again

Had to cancel an order as it took too long . The next order apparently failed because they couldn't take payment. They did not inform me of this so I waited and waited for the order. I only found out when I contacted them via email. It took quite some time for them to respond

I like the clothes when they arrive. Unfortunately there is always a long delay before clothes arrive and no estimate is ever given of the possible delivery date. If other firms can provide an estimated delivery window, I do not see why Peter Hahn cannot do the same.

There was very little communication from the company . Delivery was very slow. Almost a month after I placed the order. Most companies these days send email once an order has been shipped with a link to track the order. Maybe Peter Hahn should think about this .

Excellent range of products

The range of products, and the quality are excellent, they arrive beautifully packed BUT it takes such a long time to get the items ordered.! I have been waiting since 2nd May for an order whereas other companies send items within three days - why the delay ?

I found nothing wrong with this company.

I would have given 5 stars, but they were very slow on delivery time. After all the poor reviews, I was quite concerned. However, the goods arrived well packaged. Unfortunately the boots were too large, and I had to return them. I was refunded quite quickly.

Communication! You aren’t advised when order has been despatched. No tracking available and customer service can’t give true information on where order is and if it’s been sent. A tad frustrating, when you pay £4.95 for delivery order took 20 days to arrive.

You pay £4.95 delivery as we dispatch from Germany, however we do offer a free return label inside every parcel so a return will always be free. I love the quality and the discreet quirky detail (eg sequins)

I love the quality and the small quirky detail on the last Brax Jeans I ordered, which "feminised" them and made them stand a little apart from other sellers. I'm disappointed with the delivery times though - other suppliers leave you standing on this.

Allow plenty of time for delivery.

Although I usually appreciate the style and quality of clothes from this company, my only complaint is the time taken to deliver the goods. It's useless trying to buy for a special occasion/holiday unless you allow at least a month for delivery.

very slow in delivering goods when i tried to cancel after a while waiting it was too late I have had to return one garment and again there has been no response acknowledging receipt of returned article and no information as to a refund

Consistent. Quality of merchandise, well packed and in good condition when the package arrives. My only criticism is the length of time between ordering and delivery, but understanding that the origin is Germany, it is hardly surprising

Love all the brands but..

Love all the brands, and choice available. I find the discount offers sometimes a bit confusing (I.e. you can only use this discount with certain other offers) just show items with their current price please! Also shipping a bit slow.

Delivery

Customer for over 30 years

I have been buying Peter Hahn products for 30+ years and very much like a good percentage of their garments. However, in all honesty, I find quite a number of their items are too expensive for me, now that I am a pensioner.

As a regular purchaser I do not feel you give due discounts. Delivery time is excessive - office reorg. Is taking a long time leading to this problem. Sadly I am sticking with them because of the style and quality

Better delivery times, and tracked delivery. Waiting weeks for a parcel, royal mail left parcel outside in the rain whilst I was on holiday, if it was a tracked parcel I could have re-arranged a date for delivery.

Quality packaging. Timely response from customer service. However, it would be nice to be informed when a purchase had been shipped, with tracking number. Then it would be possible to monitor where the parcel is.
