P H is one of my favourite shops.P H has an excellent range of products which are easy to order. They are often on special offer too. Although I appreciate that the orders come from abroad I feel that the delivery times are unreasonable. My current order has been delayed further and is not expected to arrive until February exactly 3 months after I made the order. There are many times that I would like to make an order but cannot guarantee it’s arrival before it is needed. This is disappointing.

I have to say I am rather disappointed about the Service, I placed an order for 3 pair of shoes, by the amount they have taken off my account I could see that only 2 will be shipped - but no information from Peter Hahn at all so I contacted customer service and got told yes 3.pair is late, will follow. During the whole despatch & delivery I have not received any updates or information which service will deliver my order .. the delivery just turned up at some point. This is a sad service for a company like Peter Hahn - others do much better..sorry Peter Hahn . .and by the way I am still waiting for my Refund on the late pair of shoes I had send back & according to the tracking you had received already on Monday .. today is Friday ..

I am having trouble with my return of an order: Customer No 19370067/Invoice 1104513870 dated 8/6/77 It took a time to receive this order and when arrived decided to keep the Woven Waistcoat cost £84.15 and returned the "Blouse full sleeve" on 24th June 2022, I have a receipt of postage. They repaid me £84.15 for the wrong garment. I phoned and reported this to Peter Hann. Was told they would be in touch but haven't. I have now had a letter saying I owe £84.15 for the wrong garment I returned and to contact them, which I have and was again told someone from Peter Hann would be in touch. I still have heard nothing. I just don't seem to be able to sort this matter out. Can you please help? Angela Thomas - email:phronsiee17@gmail.com

I am really disappointed in the service ,wheni go to order online I have voucher ,but can't be accepted unless I spend over £75.well I have spent well over that in the past ,& have been a excellent customer, but when items oostock,you send me a apologetic voucher ,then I can't spend it , Peter hahn should do something as you will be losing customers . Yours upset Mrs Lawrence-seymour.

Very slow delivery on certain items. Generally wait for delivery is disappointing. Range and attractive styling particularly in larger sizes is more limited than in the past. Sizing standard is not consistent across the producers. Free postage on returns and package are excellent. I am disappointed that recently I have found fewer clothes that appeal or fit satisfactorily when I receive them.

It took about three weeks for one of the two items to be delivered. I now see that it had to be dispatched from Germany, but wasn't at first aware of that. I am waiting for the second item, as the delivery date was repeatedly deferred. My e-mails to the firm were immediately and courteously dealt with. The quality of the first item and packaging were excellent.

Quality of clothing Excellent. Order tracking abysmal unless you ring up for a tracking number, even then most likely you'll see it stuck at Woodford for a long time. So give it 14 working days not 8 to avoid disappointment. Contacting Customer Service by email gets nothing but an Automated reply not when you need something sorting out

Over the years I have bought a number of garments from Peter Hahn. Frequently I have ordered over the phone & have always had friendly & courteous dealings. The pieces I have bought are good quality & timeless. I rely a lot on their sales as I find the clothes on the expensive side & I am on a pension. I enjoy wearing their clothes.

Quality of clothes is great. The returns system (I’d ordered more than one size) worked efficiently. However I do find the delivery times slow compared to other companies. Also sizing varies a great deal according to manufacture.

Peter Hahn is very good but the goods take an inordinate amount of time to arrive. You have to allow two weeks which is not always the time you want as one may want it for an event before two weeks.

I was a bit disappointed because it is not clear on their website that their sizing does not marry with British sizing. You need to order bigger.
