I have bought many, many items from Peter Hahn and enjoyed wearing them very much. Much of their stock is above my price range but careful searching through the Sale pages is often rewarding. It's been particularly good of late when an extra 30% was being deducted from the sale price. But now I learn that the firm is no longer to trade in GB and clothingI'm quite devastated by this

I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again

In the past they have been good. This is only recently as have had no communication regarding my last order. I have phoned 3 times about it, and it has been nearly a full month since my order-,only to find yesterday that the order is still there and nothing has been processed. I realise there have been problems, but feel that it would have been helpful to hear from them at some point. They were very helpful when l phoned to enquire. Hoping things are resolved very soon.

Beautifully Functional Garments

The items I ordered appear to be very good quality. The sale price was very favourable when I ordered them. However, my order has not been fulfilled. The items are "Currently out of stock - pre-order now if available". It would be helpful to be kept informed about whether or not the items might be coming back into stock.

Deliveries are taking such a long time, and not being able to view my orders online then having to ring and wait 10 minutes for them to answer the phone is very poor !

no confirmation of returned goods & takes weeks to refund the money for returned goods - no communication - customer has to keep chasing them for the refunds...take ages to answer the phone and when they do - they tell you cant help - ring back in a weeks time. REFUND PROCEEDURE NEEDS IMPROVEING - MORE COMMUNICATION IS NEEDED REGARDING RECEIPT OF THE GOODS AND WHEN THE REFUND HAS BEEN INSTIGATED - HAPPENS EVERY SINGLE TIME - NOT A ONE OFF

Returns service in need of improvement

The goods were too big for me and I needed to return for a refund. There was a prepaid return label enclosed, my invoice but no return form. I emailed customer service twice and each reply said to complete the return form! I then telephoned customer service and was advised that “sometimes the system didn’t print the return form”. I returned the goods on the 22/08/2023 with my invoice and noted on the invoice the reason for the return. I have not yet received my refund. I telephoned customer service on 01/09 and was told the goods were received and it could take up to 14 days for a refund to be made. I am not a happy customer.

Thank you for your review. As stated in our T&C's we do ask to allow 7-14 days from the date you send the parcel back for a refund to be made. We did have an error with our invoice machine but this has since been rectified and all parcels are being dispatched with invoices. We apologise sincerely for the inconvenience caused at this time. Since the system change Peter Hahn has changed. Peter Hahn was once a 100% reliable company. Now I’m waiting months for refunds or even for orders to be delivered. I still can’t check my orders or returns online and have to call several times to get anywhere. After months you should thing the system change over is in place and everything is in working order again. I’m still waiting since many weeks for a cardigan to be delivered and not even receive a message regarding the delay.

Items take too long to process. Quality isn’t as good as it used to be. Expensive. New system being put in place means it takes ages to get on the website and then told to phone anyway because system can’t deal with the problem.

Excellent choice of fashion but ordering/delivery is problematical and spasmodic. Several times I have ordered an item of clothing, given an expected date when item will be available for delivery but never hear anything when its delayed even further. I am losing confidence with Peter Hahn and its Logistics. At one point it was my 1st choice for fashion buying but because of huge delays , length of time to dispatch & deliver am looking at other companies. Communication is an issue too.

The time spent between ordering and delivery ,when an item is in stock, is way too long. Communication isn’t good when it comes to taking money from my account and sending items out for delivery And everything is put down to a new system that has taken most of the year to be installed .
