I have bought many, many items from Peter Hahn and enjoyed wearing them very much. Much of their stock is above my price range but careful searching through the Sale pages is often rewarding. It's been particularly good of late when an extra 30% was being deducted from the sale price. But now I learn that the firm is no longer to trade in GB and clothingI'm quite devastated by this
I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again
Love the products I've bought. The delivery system is good.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS / VERY SLOW DELIVERY
Dont put out of stock items as being for sale before christmas, and dont tell customers an order will arrive by christmas only to arrive on 10th january.

great choice, quality products, lovely designs and colours
I am always full of praise for Peter Hahn. The clothes are always well made. Deliveries are reliable. Prices are reasonable. I have only once been disappointed when a new company in Munich failed after months to deliver a leather jacket and I was given no reasonable explanation. Their behaviour was disgraceful. I have avoided them ever since.

Customer service lied said my order had been sent out they couldn't even find my account or my name and address no apologies if I hadn't have spent an hour on the phone I would still be waiting for my order .It was a gift but to late to post off .The goods ok when they finally arrive .But the truth works for me
