I have bought many, many items from Peter Hahn and enjoyed wearing them very much. Much of their stock is above my price range but careful searching through the Sale pages is often rewarding. I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again

The ordering process is pretty simple and the goods are of high quality. No issue. But exchanging goods for a size up or down is not. You have to return the goods and then reorder, incurring postage.
When you return things, there is no automatic acknowledgement that P Hahn has received them and is processing the refund, which many other retailers do.
Also, I don't see the need for the big boxes used.
You are a good retailer, with great choice, but you need to refine things more to make you great and easier to buy from. Sorry, if this sounds harsh, but it is meant in a constructive way.

Very slow delivery. Also miss my account details on your website . Need to look at previous orders and outstanding deliveries . Other than that I really do love all your clothes and a very good selection to please all different ages .

I don’t like apps and online stores that offer you a discount and then move the voucher to your next purchase, knowing there is less chance of actually having to honour it.

Delivery is too slow purchases can take up to two weeks or more.
Your on line redeeming code claimed so far never worked I am having to ask by email for refund. Only to be told by rerun email that I was too late and will be refunded if I keep the goods. How by emailing again to inform you that I am keeping the goods? Not a good system.

Orders never sent
First order o/s and had 2 emails notifying me of a delay. Order never fulfilled despite item appearing back in catalogue as ‘in stock’ and no communication.
2 further orders not fulfilled with no communication at all.
Would give no stars if and will be very unlikely to order from PH again

The goods are first class and I like them. The downside is that delivery times are poor. Peter Hahn claim that they do not take payment until the goods have left their warehouse. This is not true. I notice that the payment is taken from my credit card soon after sending the order. A few days later I am told that my order is on its way. It then takes at least a week before it arrives. I can only assume that the warehouse in not in the UK.
So, first class all round unless you want the goods in a hurry.

Returns look too formal
I gave this 3 stars because the item I purchase was a bad fit for me and the returns policy looked extremely formal and as if there was doubt about getting my money back. It is in very legal jargon regarding a contract I entered into with them etc etc. Certainly not User friendly and would make me hesitate to order from them again. At the moment I do not know if I have got my money back.
