I have bought many, many items from Peter Hahn and enjoyed wearing them very much. Much of their stock is above my price range but careful searching through the Sale pages is often rewarding. It's been particularly good of late when an extra 30% was being deducted from the sale price. But now I learn that the firm is no longer to trade in GB and clothingI'm quite devastated by this

I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again

Ordered a Dress, they only had my size, had confirmation and was told things were taking longer to process at the moment, then never heard anything for a month. Contacted them and their reply was that they they have cancelled the order, not impressed.

The order was delayed, and then they claimed they couln't get access to deliver it on Sat 17 June. I paid £2.99 for them to re-deliver on Monday 19 June, but I see no evidence that they attempted redelivery on that date, and still do not have my order

Hello Gill, thank you for your review. It sounds like the notification received regarding access was not associated with a parcel from us. We only use Royal Mail for our deliveries and they will never ask for money for a redelivery. We would recommend getting in touch with your bank to settle the issue further. Poor communication

Ordered and paid for items, due to a glitch on their site payment never went through - rang and completed payment again then 4 weeks later after me contacting them was told that items were no longer available. No contact at all. Very disappointed.

Disappointing

Each time I order, I have to wait ages for an acknowledgement and then every order seems to take over a month to arrive. Compared with other mail order companies this is an unacceptable period of time. Very disappointing as I do like the products.

Still waiting for order placed on 29 May 2023, only part received. Given promises when chased which never come to fruition. This has happened many times now, in stock when ordered, confirmation arrives but never see goods, so disappointing.

Still not received the order. Nothing wrong with Peter Hahn products but the service is absolutely dreadful. The same every time I order. Why on earth does it take so long to dispatch an order? I am waiting for two orders at the present time.

Service is far, far too slow & response to this is rather lacking. This has caused me inconvenience & frustration. After being a regular customer I doubt very much that I will continue.The quality does not always match the cost either.

No update on my order and did not respond to my email enquiry afterseveral days of waiting. Finally phoned for a second time and after a 30 minute wait I was told there was no stock. I felt very let down by the lack of communication.

No sign of items ordered on 12th May

I ordered items worth over £400 on 12th May. No sign of them arriving. An apology that there is a delay with all current items out for delivery with a voucher was sent out to all shoppers. I have had no further news about items

Unacceptable wait on the phone. Failure to deliver when stated. Did not get in contact to explain delay. Systems not up to the task. Will not use them again, Pity as some of the brands they offer are good in themselves.

You need to sort out your website. I have placed orders using Klarna. The orders were accepted only to be told later payment has failed. It took a lot of my time to finally get an explanation from customer service.

I placed an order on May 11th for £535.55 ( including p&p ). These 2 dresses have never arrived . I did speak with one of your assistants who said all I could do was wait. I am very concerned. Please sort this out.

Very poor delivery times and poor customer service

When ordering they state the item is in stock but after payment they don’t deliver for months. When approaching customer services they don’t reply or take a long time to reply. I will never order from them again

Poor service

I order this item of clothing on 5th May. The transaction appeared on my credit card account nearly 2 weeks ago, I have contacted Peter Hahn twice but the item has still not been delivered! It is now 2nd June.

Over £300 worth of clothes left at side of house in the rain for days. No notification of delivery coming or that it had been left. Cardboard boxes ruined so not easy to do returns and paperwork illegible

We do apologise that, due to current technical issues, some customers are not receiving the emails that we usually send out one a parcel reached the Royal Mail to advise that the parcel is almost with them and to allow tracking.
