P H is one of my favourite shops.P H has an excellent range of products which are easy to order. They are often on special offer too. Although I appreciate that the orders come from abroad I feel that the delivery times are unreasonable. My current order has been delayed further and is not expected to arrive until February exactly 3 months after I made the order. There are many times that I would like to make an order but cannot guarantee it’s arrival before it is needed. This is disappointing.

I have to say I am rather disappointed about the Service, I placed an order for 3 pair of shoes, by the amount they have taken off my account I could see that only 2 will be shipped - but no information from Peter Hahn at all so I contacted customer service and got told yes 3.pair is late, will follow. During the whole despatch & delivery I have not received any updates or information which service will deliver my order .. the delivery just turned up at some point. This is a sad service for a company like Peter Hahn - others do much better..sorry Peter Hahn . .and by the way I am still waiting for my Refund on the late pair of shoes I had send back & according to the tracking you had received already on Monday .. today is Friday ..
I am having trouble with my return of an order:
Customer No 19370067/Invoice 1104513870 dated 8/6/77
It took a time to receive this order and when arrived decided to keep the Woven Waistcoat cost £84.15 and returned the "Blouse full sleeve" on 24th June 2022, I have a receipt of postage. They repaid me £84.15 for the wrong garment. I phoned and reported this to Peter Hann. Was told they would be in touch but haven't. I have now had a letter saying I owe £84.15 for the wrong garment I returned and to contact them, which I have and was again told someone from Peter Hann would be in touch. I am really disappointed in the service ,wheni go to order online I have voucher ,but can't be accepted unless I spend over £75.well I have spent well over that in the past ,& have been a excellent customer, but when items oostock,you send me a apologetic voucher ,then I can't spend it , Peter hahn should do something as you will be losing customers . The dress I ordered did not arrive and nearly a month later zi received an email saying the item I returned had reached them and I would get a refund shortly. The dress was. Ever sent to me and this email was not true.

Made an order 2 months ago for 2 items, still not received them. Been told I have to wait another 3 weeks now for 1 item. The other coming in September.
No communication, no updates along the way about the status of the order, nothing.

Ordering easy and products superb quality although I usually only buy in the sale or if I have discounts as they are pricey. Sizes are accurate and footwear good quality leather.
Please review pricing strategy as garments are excessively costly compared to similar retailers in UK and outside UK.
Only other grumble is products take a long time to arrive and I never receive a text to say when they are due to be delivered.

Good quality good price, good fit, nice styles and as I have difficulty with getting small sizes I am delighted with my purchases. All from the comfort of my own home which is a bonus! In the past I have never found sending for clothes very satisfactory but full marks to Peter Hahn. Thank you.
