Have always loved your jeans so a fan. Have you changed your sizing? I purchased a size 16 S and was surprised to see how long the trousers were. They are even longer that the 16 R I purchased several years ago.

I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again

Excellent choice of fashion but ordering/delivery is problematical and spasmodic. Several times I have ordered an item of clothing, given an expected date when item will be available for delivery but never hear anything when its delayed even further. I am losing confidence with Peter Hahn and its Logistics. At one point it was my 1st choice for fashion buying but because of huge delays , length of time to dispatch & deliver am looking at other companies. Communication is an issue too.

Quality clothing

I ordered 3 items on 26.05.23. Two of the items arrived swiftly after about 3-4 days. I then received an email on the 1st June saying they were experiencing longer delivery times and offered me a £20 voucher on next order. After waiting a further two weeks for the missing item I phoned to check that it hadn’t gone astray. They said it would arrive shortly and, after a further week I am still waiting for the completion of my order.

Having been a customer of yours for many, many years I feel that shopping from Peter Hahn is not what it once was for me. I used to love browsing through the catalogue and ordering via telephone as your representatives where always so very kind and helpful. Sadly, things have changed.

They never acknowledge when they receive returned goods or will deliver. And do not advise when a refund will be made. Very disappointing as this has become worse over the years.

Slow delivery, complicated returns.

The orders take forever to arrive. Not many options for returning, especially when there are no Post Offices nearby. Lack of communication.

Hello, Recently in March I did the sales and scooped some lovely items at a reduced price.  Peter Hahn's clothes are gorgeous and of high quality. The customer service is good. Some of the sale items I had to return because they either didn't suit or fit.  I sent an email to cancel the contract with Peter Hahn for items being returned and then posted them the package retaining proof of postage.  Over a month later there was still no acknowledgement from Peter Hahn that my returns package had arrived with them.   I worried that perhaps my package had gone astray.   My Trusted Shop Basic guarantee was about to expire therefore I phoned Peter Hahn yesterday afternoon, 17 April, to ask about my returns parcel.  An internal trace was initiated and a few hours later I received confirmation Receipt of Return email that yes, my returned items had safely arrived.  It is likely that the combination of the Easter break and Royal Mail problems plus sheer volume of business were the reason my package was extra slow arriving at Peter Hahn. Now that my returned items can be processed now I look forward to my refund in 7-14 days. When I get my refund I would be inclined to give a five star assessment. Faithfully yours, N Maureen John

The ordering process is pretty simple and the goods are of high quality. No issue. But exchanging goods for a size up or down is not. You have to return the goods and then reorder, incurring postage. When you return things, there is no automatic acknowledgement that P Hahn has received them and is processing the refund, which many other retailers do. Also, I don't see the need for the big boxes used. You are a good retailer, with great choice, but you need to refine things more to make you great and easier to buy from. Sorry, if this sounds harsh, but it is meant in a constructive way.

The goods are first class and I like them. The downside is that delivery times are poor. Peter Hahn claim that they do not take payment until the goods have left their warehouse. This is not true. I notice that the payment is taken from my credit card soon after sending the order. A few days later I am told that my order is on its way. It then takes at least a week before it arrives. I can only assume that the warehouse in not in the UK. So, first class all round unless you want the goods in a hurry.

Since the system change Peter Hahn has changed. Peter Hahn was once a 100% reliable company. Now I’m waiting months for refunds or even for orders to be delivered. I still can’t check my orders or returns online and have to call several times to get anywhere. After months you should thing the system change over is in place and everything is in working order again. I’m still waiting since many weeks for a cardigan to be delivered and not even receive a message regarding the delay.

Fantastic collection of good quality clothes and shoes. Everything I have bought, which is plenty, has been lovely. The website is very well thought out with the filters so you can find exactly what you are looking for. Also hovering on the colour choices without having to click and go into the product I like. Takes a bit longer than usual for delivery which is why I gave 4 stars. But a brilliant shopping experience.

Returns service in need of improvement

The goods were too big for me and I needed to return for a refund. There was a prepaid return label enclosed, my invoice but no return form. I emailed customer service twice and each reply said to complete the return form! I then telephoned customer service and was advised that “sometimes the system didn’t print the return form”. I returned the goods on the 22/08/2023 with my invoice and noted on the invoice the reason for the return. I have not yet received my refund. I telephoned customer service on 01/09 and was told the goods were received and it could take up to 14 days for a refund to be made. I am not a happy customer.

I was a bit disappointed. The system charged me full price for a couple of items, even although my screen showed that 40% discount had been applied before I paid. Interaction with customer services was disappointing in relation to getting the overcharge refunded. I had to wait until my order arrived to see if I was going to keep the two items and then it was to be resolved. I kept one item and returned the other, but of course the amount refunded wasn't correct which meant yet another interaction with customer services. Disappointing overall.

ordering was simple. However !!

ordering was simple However, your refund service is extremely slow. I am still waiting for a refund which should have been credited to my card, especially as the warehouse has confirmed that you have received my return over 2 weeks ago. The two items were only returned as they were a poor fit, as all the other items I received have fitted well. Apparently this is a computer fault as you have recently commissioned a new system. A not good enough excuse as far as I and probably others are concerned.

Slow, costly process.

The goods took a long time to come - approx2weeks. Money taken on ordering. I know the goods come from Germany but why so long to come? I had to make a return of the goods to Devon. Actually had to contact Peter Hahn as I knew they had had my return for I0 days yet there was no refund. Miraculously my refund was processed that day!!! Companies far bigger than PH can process goods very quickly eg M&S so what are PH doing other than keeping customers’ money for too long!M

The clothes are great. The reason for dropping a star is because you can not see past orders on the website. It would be useful when reordering an item to be able to refer to the old order, because the numbers on the garment labels do not always correspond with the item numbers on the site, so it can be difficult to search for the item that you want to re-order. Delivery takes quite a while, though I appreciate the orders are shipped from Germany
