I have bought many, many items from Peter Hahn and enjoyed wearing them very much. Much of their stock is above my price range but careful searching through the Sale pages is often rewarding. It's been particularly good of late when an extra 30% was being deducted from the sale price. But now I learn that the firm is no longer to trade in GB and clothingI'm quite devastated by this

I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again

The money went out of my bank on 12 April. I sent them back on 25 April. I still haven't received my refund. I have contacted you twice and have been told today that the money should be in my account by the end of next week. Very disappointed with the service.

This company has poor customer communications - they accepted orders and forgot to advise that there distribution system was shutting down for a major upgrade (which apparently failed and required a second attempt) - still waiting for a delivery a month later

Very poor communication

I placed an order 4 weeks ago & apart from an email to say delivery may be longer than usual, have heard nothing - no delivery date, no apology, nothing. I contacted them & had an automated reply… It does make one wonder if they’re actually still in business!

I have been waiting for an order since 11/08/23. Phoned once and told it was in stock and would be dispatched soon...not charged yet. I am thinking of cancelling the order. No doubt the prices have dropped by now but I will be charged at order price.

I have been a Peter Hahn customer a very long time but just lately they have been poor at delivery and respecting their customers so much that I have written to the CEO in Germany if you contrast their service with Marina Rinaldi Peter Hahn is very poor

Ordered a Dress, they only had my size, had confirmation and was told things were taking longer to process at the moment, then never heard anything for a month. Contacted them and their reply was that they they have cancelled the order, not impressed.

Customer communication is very poor, needs much improvement since there are constant delays with delivery of ordered items. It is difficult to remain understanding when there is no contact from the Peter Hahn team and an apparent reluctance to engage.

The order was delayed, and then they claimed they couln't get access to deliver it on Sat 17 June. I paid £2.99 for them to re-deliver on Monday 19 June, but I see no evidence that they attempted redelivery on that date, and still do not have my order

We only use Royal Mail for our deliveries and they will never ask for money for a redelivery. We would recommend getting in touch with your bank to settle the issue further. Slow

No e mail acknowledgement of order or notification of dispatch and very slow delivery (more than 2 weeks for order to arrive despite being in stock). Wanted item for holiday in 2 weeks but didn’t order as couldn’t be sure it would arrive in time.

Poor communication

Ordered and paid for items, due to a glitch on their site payment never went through - rang and completed payment again then 4 weeks later after me contacting them was told that items were no longer available. No contact at all. Very disappointed.

Disappointing

Each time I order, I have to wait ages for an acknowledgement and then every order seems to take over a month to arrive. Compared with other mail order companies this is an unacceptable period of time. Very disappointing as I do like the products.

Still waiting for order placed on 29 May 2023, only part received. Given promises when chased which never come to fruition. This has happened many times now, in stock when ordered, confirmation arrives but never see goods, so disappointing.

Still not received the order. Nothing wrong with Peter Hahn products but the service is absolutely dreadful. The same every time I order. Why on earth does it take so long to dispatch an order? I am waiting for two orders at the present time.

Service is far, far too slow & response to this is rather lacking. This has caused me inconvenience & frustration. After being a regular customer I doubt very much that I will continue.The quality does not always match the cost either.

Ordered an item weeks ago they said they were having difficulty with delivery then heard nothing from them for weeks until I got in touch, they said last week that it would be despatched early this week but so far nothing more from them.

Keep customers up to date with orders, dispatch and more importantly when there are any issues with confirmed orders. Delivery takes too long. Not able to check these out on online accounts. Feel kept in the dark as to what's happening

No update on my order and did not respond to my email enquiry afterseveral days of waiting. Finally phoned for a second time and after a 30 minute wait I was told there was no stock. I felt very let down by the lack of communication.

No sign of items ordered on 12th May

I ordered items worth over £400 on 12th May. No sign of them arriving. An apology that there is a delay with all current items out for delivery with a voucher was sent out to all shoppers. I have had no further news about items

Items take too long to process. Quality isn’t as good as it used to be. Expensive. New system being put in place means it takes ages to get on the website and then told to phone anyway because system can’t deal with the problem.
