Have always loved your jeans so a fan. Have you changed your sizing? I purchased a size 16 S and was surprised to see how long the trousers were. They are even longer that the 16 R I purchased several years ago.

I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again

I ordered sandals a month ago. I waited for them for over 3 weeks before contacting customer services. I was told the sandals were out of stock but nobody bothered to let me know. Disappointing

Disappointed

Still not received order placed on 25 June and now 23 July! 3 of 4 items out of stock when processed. Tried to cancel unsuccessfully but very polite customer service team. Let’s hope their new computer system is more accurate but it has put me off using their website

Poor delivery service and always blame their computer. A number of items in the sale ordered which were stated as being in stock but even after 3 months never arrived. Numerous telephone calls to check IF and WHEN they were to be delivered proved finally that they would NOT be delivered.

Very slow shipping and poor communication. Ordered on 20th June, still have not received order. What is going on. This is not how you should run a company. You will be losing customers in droves. I don't supposed you are worried though as you are hanging on to payments and not refunding for weeks.

Speed up your orders and any refunds. Customer Service people are very good and helpful but they feel at a loss as to what to do. After some years of buying here, I am afraid, I will not be doing so anymore.

Serious supply problems and poor communication skills.

Serious supply problems but that I can comprehend. What I can not understand is why, when you order an item, you get the online reply "in stock." You are then told (often after payment details have been given) that the item is not in stock and you are given an estimated date of delivery. Next, you find that the date has elapsed and you hear nothing from Peter Hahn. When the customer then contacts Peter Hahn the customer is told that the expected delivery date has been extended. In conclusion, Peter Hahn's online communication with customers is lamentably poor. I have been a loyal PH customer for years but have just cancelled an order and I question whetehr or not I shall consider purchasing from PH in the future.

Delivery service extremely poor. After waiting for 3 weeks emailed their Customer Service to be informed that a delivery date could not be confirmed. I telephone again after another couple of weeks to be informed that the order could not be met as the item ordered was no longer in stock. Their communications need to be addressed both internally and to customers. Doubt that I will use this company again. Doubt that I will bother to use them again.

Waiting For Refund Still

I returned an item which unfortunately was too big on the 30/06/23.It is now the 24/07/23 and I have still not received my refund after 4 phone call.Which is very bad service.Never had this trouble with other retailers,in fact just did a return to London and the second day a refund was issued.What is going on Peter Hahn.I have since ordered from the retailer in London the clothes are quality and gorgeous and they don’t hold on to your money.I think twice now before ordering from a Peter Hahn for this very reason.

At the moment they are not in my good books. I ordered done trousers in April and I discover in July that they are out if stock. I could have bought other trousers elsewhere and haven’t got any now do not too happy with P. Hahn

Had to call and ask where my delivery was as it was 7 days beyond delivery date as on the order email. Was told that item was back dated to September. I had not received any communication about this change of delivery. Had a specific date/ event that I was hoping the dress would be appropriate for. Was very disappointed in such awful customer service. Cancelled order. Will definitely think hard before ordering with them again. Already know that they are slow to refund returned items from previous experience.
