I have bought many, many items from Peter Hahn and enjoyed wearing them very much. Much of their stock is above my price range but careful searching through the Sale pages is often rewarding. I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again

Admin needs improvement
Don’t like the fact that I can’t access old orders online. Sometimes you buy something and the label has come off and you want to know what the make was. Also very slow delivery service and limited info despatch and expected arrival date. I just love the clothes though so I am sticking with them!

Great products.. and very tempting.
Delivery is rather slow and may be because some come from Europe… but there is little information on when something could be arriving. Otherwise I would give five stars.

High quality goods but very slow delivery.
Very high quality and large variety of goods. There is just one downside and that is the long time for delivery.
The item I ordered today 10 September is quoted as arriving around 13 October !

Have always loved your jeans so a fan.
Have you changed your sizing? I purchased a size 16 S and was surprised to see how long the trousers were. They are even longer that the 16 R I purchased several years ago.
