Have always loved your jeans so a fan. Have you changed your sizing? I purchased a size 16 S and was surprised to see how long the trousers were. They are even longer that the 16 R I purchased several years ago.

I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again

Order was slow to arrive, and only aprt fulfilled. The delivery note with the items that were delivered stated that the other item should have arrived 5 days before. When I contacted Peter Hahn, they stated that they had no delivery date for the missing item (despite what the dispatch note said....)

As a regular purchaser I do not feel you give due discounts. Delivery time is excessive - office reorg. Is taking a long time leading to this problem. Sadly I am sticking with them because of the style and quality

Their delivery timescale is poor, much poorer than others selling similar goods. They need to improve upon these timescales or be much more upfront with their service delivery capabilities. From researching their 'feedback', they obviously have a major problem with 'customer perception', which does not instil confidence in their ability to timeous deliver their products.

Better delivery times, and tracked delivery. Waiting weeks for a parcel, royal mail left parcel outside in the rain whilst I was on holiday, if it was a tracked parcel I could have re-arranged a date for delivery.

Delivery times need to be hugely improved - I ordered quite a few items for my holidays (all of which were 'in stock') three weeks before I went and they did not arrive in time. Whilst I am aware many items come from Germany, 4.5 weeks delivery is just not acceptable in a day and age where most 'orders' are almost the day after.

It should not have happened ...

I have been a long standing client of PETER HAHN. The clothes are fine, but the customer service has recently been pretty bad. The refund was terribly delayed but has finally come in. Whilst trying to get this resolved, I found the people answering emails did not read them properly. To blame was apparently a new system, let's see what the future brings.

Ordered two sweaters mid April. As they had not arrived by the beginning of June I phoned to see what had happened. The member of staff was extremely helpful, explaining there had been a fault with the computer system. I received one sweater a few days later but no explanation about the other item. Peter Hahn’s clothing is very good quality but the customer service could be better.
