I have bought many, many items from Peter Hahn and enjoyed wearing them very much. Much of their stock is above my price range but careful searching through the Sale pages is often rewarding. It's been particularly good of late when an extra 30% was being deducted from the sale price. But now I learn that the firm is no longer to trade in GB and clothingI'm quite devastated by this

I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again

Delivery is slow.. I know you say it’s Postal Service but I can order from other companies & get delivery quicker. ???

Thank you for your review. As stated in our T&C's we do kindly ask you to allow 8-10 working days as we ship from our German warehouse. Slow delivery, complicated returns.

The orders take forever to arrive. Not many options for returning, especially when there are no Post Offices nearby. Lack of communication.

Had to cancel an order as it took too long . The next order apparently failed because they couldn't take payment. They did not inform me of this so I waited and waited for the order. I only found out when I contacted them via email. It took quite some time for them to respond

Beautifully Functional Garments

The items I ordered appear to be very good quality. The sale price was very favourable when I ordered them. However, my order has not been fulfilled. The items are "Currently out of stock - pre-order now if available". It would be helpful to be kept informed about whether or not the items might be coming back into stock.

Returns service in need of improvement

The goods were too big for me and I needed to return for a refund. There was a prepaid return label enclosed, my invoice but no return form. I emailed customer service twice and each reply said to complete the return form! I then telephoned customer service and was advised that “sometimes the system didn’t print the return form”. I returned the goods on the 22/08/2023 with my invoice and noted on the invoice the reason for the return. I have not yet received my refund. I telephoned customer service on 01/09 and was told the goods were received and it could take up to 14 days for a refund to be made. I am not a happy customer.
