I have bought many, many items from Peter Hahn and enjoyed wearing them very much. Much of their stock is above my price range but careful searching through the Sale pages is often rewarding. I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again

Fantastic collection of good quality clothes and shoes. Everything I have bought, which is plenty, has been lovely. The website is very well thought out with the filters so you can find exactly what you are looking for. Also hovering on the colour choices without having to click and go into the product I like. Takes a bit longer than usual for delivery which is why I gave 4 stars. But a brilliant shopping experience.

Some of your telephone ladies are incredibly and genuinely warm and helpful. Some of the men are helpful. P Hahn is reliable and trustworthy and I love some of the offers. Some clothing has become bizarre. They have constant catalogues and are looking for new ideas. At 5 feet 11 inches I should prefer more 36 inch skirts and dresses. The nylon tape around your cardboard packaging invariably cuts into the box and distorts it and can leave it partially open

I ordered a pair of sandals on the 5th June (Size 3) and was informed that there was a slight delay in delivery. When I had not received them on the 30th June I contacted them to be informed that they did not know how long the delay would be. I cancelled my order. I would have liked to be informed earlier, so that I could have found alternatives. The size is difficult to find.
I am pleased with the promptness which the query was processed.

For some reason I found difficulty in applying the Promotion Code, in contrast to the voucher code, which was very clear and easy to apply. It would also be very helpful if you could indicate approximately how long until the item will be delivered. Could there be advice given concerning safe place of delivery if I'm out, eg. Porch or in alcove.
Would it be possible to text or email me when the item was despatched?

The quality is excellent, and it's great that PH has a free return service. Although it can take time for orders to arrive, that's because they're coming (in the case of my orders) from Germany. The reward for waiting is in the quality. Perhaps PH could be a bit more proactive in warning customers of the time scales where relevant - I was worried with my first order, but now that I know, it's fine.

I love the catalogues, website, quality and range BUT I hate the long delay between ordering and receipt of the goods. I placed an order for two in stock items three weeks ago and still haven't had them. This is really very poor customer service . I understood that there was recently a reorganisation which was intended to improve the situation - it clearly hasn't.!

My wife is a great fan of all the fashion especially her latest purchase of a twinset along with her other items over a number of years and will continue to do so. Very good quality. On the trouser level 28" does not suit petite it should be around 27" to suit smaller person. Keep up good work. Thanks Alex.

Peter Hahn has an excellent website & is incredibly efficient once an order is made. Most items are actually out of my price range but there are frequent opportunities to grab something nice. I especially appreciate having such stylish items in bigger sizes -- many ranges only go to 18 max.

What a pity they can’t get organised!
I just don’t like this year’s fashions. Plus delivery times are ludicrously long. My last order took over a month. It was only a top which could have been putinthe post and arrived in two days. There’s clearly a big problem in the Company.

Good choice and quality of products. Data on posting and tracking of an order is standard nowadays for most online shopping. Given how long it takes for items to reach the UK from Germany it would be particularly useful to have this information rather than having to check with customer service as to whether an order has been processed and likely delivery date.

Service is good and happy with quality of items purchased. However, there is sometimes a very long wait for items to come into stock, a couple of months in some cases, this has stopped me from ordering some items due to requiring them for an upcoming event. I also think their prices are rather high and wait for offers or sale items. Generally happy overall.

Long-standing customer & to date I’ve always been delighted with my purchases. The occasional returns have been straightforward and delivery notification is good.
Quality has always been exceptional ,long lasting & timeless. Over the years I’ve had many fabulous prints & styles which I still love & wear to date which remain age appropriate and flattering.

I had to wait a bit as they were having a change round, Not a lot of communication to advise me what was happening. Very nice young lady at customer services and when my twin-set did arrive I was very pleased with it and I would purchase from them again. I think it was unfortunate that I ordered when their dispatch were having a move round.

Lovely clothes
I appreciate Peter Hahn's range of clothing very much indeed, and am a regular customer. Their returns system is good too.
My only slight criticism is that their delivery is quite slow, but the clothes are worth waiting for and very possibly we have all become quite impatient since we have become greedy for next day delivery.

I love many European labels which - unlike many other outlets - Peter Hahn continue to supply. Your service matches the quality of your products and I thank you for jumping the many post-Brexit hurdles.
The only improvement I would like to see is more communication in relation to order/ delivery status to get an idea of ETA.

PETER HAHN has a great selection of clothes and jewellery. I enjoy browsing the website and the catalogues I receive nudge me towards items I might not otherwise see. Their service is second to none. I might describe the company as delightfully proper, polite and helpful. I love their twin-sets and jewellery in particular.

My first stop for larger size shoes.
I live in the UK and have difficulty finding stylish shoes and boots in 43/44 H width. I have been able to purchase shoes and boots here with ease. Great quality and comfort at last. Over the years I have purchased tops, blouses, trousers and jackets. Always happy with everything, including the customer service.

Always good service on line and by telephone.
My only criticism is with delivery. I live in a block of apartments. The courier leaves package in safe place but I never have notice of the delivery so if I don’t visit that area I do not know that it has arrived. Could you arrange a delivery message please?

Your clothes are so very nice, can always see some thing I would like to buy and I usually end up buying something. Your web site is easy to use. I like the delivery by post, so much safer that other companies delivery. Companies who leave the package on you door step. Royal Mail would never do that.
