I have bought many, many items from Peter Hahn and enjoyed wearing them very much. Much of their stock is above my price range but careful searching through the Sale pages is often rewarding. It's been particularly good of late when an extra 30% was being deducted from the sale price. But now I learn that the firm is no longer to trade in GB and clothingI'm quite devastated by this

I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again

No sign of items ordered on 12th May

I ordered items worth over £400 on 12th May. No sign of them arriving. An apology that there is a delay with all current items out for delivery with a voucher was sent out to all shoppers. I have had no further news about items

Unacceptable wait on the phone. Failure to deliver when stated. Did not get in contact to explain delay. Systems not up to the task. Will not use them again, Pity as some of the brands they offer are good in themselves.

Waited over 6 weeks still no delivery and no contact with the company unless I ring ......absolutely appalling. Will never use or recommend to shop at Peter Hann May I add they took my money 6 weeks ago absolute disgraceful

You need to sort out your website. I have placed orders using Klarna. The orders were accepted only to be told later payment has failed. It took a lot of my time to finally get an explanation from customer service.

I placed an order on May 11th for £535.55 ( including p&p ). These 2 dresses have never arrived . I did speak with one of your assistants who said all I could do was wait. I am very concerned. Please sort this out.

I placed an order on May 5th and have had no word of its impending arrival, other than a generic email apologising for slow service and offering a discount if I spend another £75! Abyssmal, - I shan't order again.

Very poor delivery times and poor customer service

When ordering they state the item is in stock but after payment they don’t deliver for months. When approaching customer services they don’t reply or take a long time to reply. I will never order from them again

Poor service

I order this item of clothing on 5th May. The transaction appeared on my credit card account nearly 2 weeks ago, I have contacted Peter Hahn twice but the item has still not been delivered! It is now 2nd June.

Over £300 worth of clothes left at side of house in the rain for days. No notification of delivery coming or that it had been left. Cardboard boxes ruined so not easy to do returns and paperwork illegible

Thank you for your review, this is not the service that we pay Royal Mail for and we will be investigating this with them. We do apologise that, due to current technical issues, some customers are not receiving the emails that we usually send out one a parcel reached the Royal Mail to advise that the parcel is almost with them and to allow tracking. No information about the ridiculously long lead time from placement of order - over 1 month - to delivery, and then no feedback on returns - over 2 weeks since returning items. All very very slow.

Ordered a jacket in April, over charged by Peter Hahn. I received an invoice stating the correct price but they charged me £99. Despite e mails and telephone calls I'm still waiting for my refund

Ordered item showing in stock- never delivered

Ordered item showing in stock. Several phone calls later and over a month told the item was out of stock. If I hadn’t contacted them I would not have been notified. Very poor customer service

Orders take weeks to arrive if at all

Orders take weeks to arrive, and in the last instance didn’t arrive at all. However since no money was taken I haven’t bothered to follow it up. No more shopping for me with this company.

Poor service

I have shopped with Peter Hahn many times and always been happy with the service. This time I had to return an item and despit 2 emails have not received a refund. It has now been 4 weeks.

I placed two orders, one on 1st. May and the second on 11th. My account was charged for both items on 22 May and I have not yet received either of them. Absolutely terrible service!!

Go back to old system where you could see what and when you have ordered! Have been waiting for a swimsuit to be delivered must be 3 weeks so probably won’t get it for holiday!
