Well packaged, despite DHLs’ best efforts to damage it in transit, the box was bashed and ripped and delivered to the wrong address, the radiator was unscathed.

The radiator was advertised including the valve. Owing to a website issue (valve charge of £69 was being added at checkout) I had to call next day to get it added to the order. Order was received without valve and was subsequently told that if I wanted a valve like the one ordered / confirmed over the phone I now had to hand over an extra £50. Unpleasant and dishonest sales tactics. Best to purchase elsewhere.
