Even in the current situation I expected next day delivery to be less than a week, when the parcel arrived I found on opening the goods damaged so contacted the company within five minutes, I was informed that they could not send me a new item and collect the damaged one I would have to wait another week for collection. This has been done but am still waiting two weeks later for my refund.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. My apologies that you received your product damaged but unfortunately this was down to the courier and we were unable to offer you a replacement as we had sold out. A refund was issued on 20.04.20 the day we received the product back. On our website we state that delivery during COVID-19 could take up to 10 working days

Shipped me the wrong (cheaper) product couldnt contact them on the helpline and e mails bounced back. Finally contacted them via their website. Very apologetic but not flexible with swapping for the right product so going to return the product and look gor an alternative

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Unfortunately during this pandemic we are following government guidelines and have limited staff working and we apologise that you have been sent the wrong mower in this instance. On the rare occasion a miss-pick occurs we have decided that during this period we would refund the customer and arrange a collection so that they can then re-order.
