The uniform is good quality and does seem to last well, I have purchased another school blazer for my younger child, and more of the P.E. tops which have worn very well for my older son.

Only half my order arrived. I phoned to see what had happened and they said they would call me back in five minutes. I waited an hour and then called again. They said they had tried to phone me but couldn’t get through, they also said they had emailed me, I received neither a phone call or an email.
I was told they were waiting for a supply. So they would let me know before the end of the day when I could expect the rest of my order.
Upon checking my contact details with them, they had the correct information but rang the wrong number and didn’t put in the whole email address.
Their customer care leaves a lot to be desired.

Have tried to return order to no no avail. Wanted to change trousers for some shirts but have had to buy them elsewhere as I heard nothing from you. So am putting trousers in post and trust you will refund my money. Thought I would give you a try to save me going into town. So to improve your service it would be nice to have a return slip and the option of buying something else. My brother phoned your company and was told you don’t do refunds! Think you should maybe make that clear on your order form. Not happy at all
