Competitive price for item but high postage cost (item £20, postage £5) so offer free postage over minimum amount. No ability to pay by Apple Pay only PayPal / Credit or Debit cards which caused me to look elsewhere. Would have bought more / recommended to others if Apple Pay available to use. Good Customer Service when rang to enquire in payment options.

I bought a Kisae Abso 1230 dc to dc charger from SimplySplitCharge in 2019. But the unit developed a fault — with very little use. But it was out of warranty by the time the fault materialised. Apparently it cannot be repaired. Ricardo at Kisae offered to send me a new unit from Canada for $160 plus shipping. When I kicked up a fuss they offered to send me a new unit for free but I still would have to cover the shipping from Canada plus import duty. That’s still a lot of money! decided instead to buy/use another brand.
Is it a design fault? SimplySplitCharge think the unit is reliable. So, they offered me NOTHING and were very slow to respond/apologise. How nice of them! But the fault it developed is well known and documented here: https://youtu.be/HKrHWwK6bqY
So, I’ve decided not to use SimplySplitCharge anymore (after previously having good experiences with them). And I certainly do NOT recommend Kisae: measly one-year warranty, expensive product, design fault, non-repairable, expected to cover the expensive shipping costs and import duties for a replacement! Really? AVOID.

I already had a 12/24 volt meter but it had a red LED back light which did not match the rest of my dash lay-out, and after a gtreat deal of searching, I found what I was looking for at SimplySplitCharge. The product was just what I was looking for and was fitted straight away. The delivery was good and the product well priced. Thanks a lot.

Fair price, easy to use website, quick delivery, stock some stuff that is difficult to find elewhere. The items that I purchased were good quality branded, rather than cheap chinese.
A bigger range of stock would be good.

I have no problems with the company they tried to help me. But the delivery company let me down so I received my part late. I had so many problems with DPD so I chose Royal Mail turn out no better.
