Devido a demora da postagem , e também dos correio aéreo alemão , até hoje não recebi a encomenda ,estamos no dia 02/01/2021 , e diziam peça hoje receba antes do natal

I can’t give a very good review at the moment as I received the wrong product, and I had one chain missing. Instead of three chains I only got 2. I did not receive item 9.0502.07 Movement REGULA 25 dancing figurines system, I received item number Item: 9.0502.08. I have emailed several times to correct the problem but I am still waiting to hear back for the next steps

TU 808 PQ (Black Forest Clock Swiss House Weather House) was not good. Its pendel hits both side of the bottom hole, and makes clicking sounds. I cut and sharpened both sides of the hole, to not the pendel hits. I bought 2, both need such small DIY.
