It took just 24 hours from the time I placed my order to recieving my cuckoo clock. Bearing in mind it travelled from, Germany to the U.K. I think the service was fantastic. OurU.K. Postal service struggle to deliver a simple first class letter to another U.K. address in 24 hours. So well done, Cuckooclocks.com.
P.S. I love the clock I purchased too.

I ordered the clocks they didn't ship it on a date they said they would ship it I had to call again then they told me that they didn't have the parts so I cancelled my order not happy waited a long time for them to get hold of me and they never did have a great day merry Christmas happy New year Take care of yourself
