I have been purchasing items from this company for several years now. On this occasion, I placed two orders within ten minutes of each other. I was required to pay postage for the second order. I received an unsolicited email later on to say they had combined the two orders and were refunding my postage. The quality of the products themselves is excellent. I was also extremely grateful that they include a synthetic hair shaving brush in their range. The razor, I am told by its new user, is superb. I also have it on good authority that the Sandalwood shaving soap is exquisite. I intend placing another order as soon as the item in question becomes available again.

Good range of products and quick delivery. However, the order was missing an item. I let the company know but I've heard nothing from them after three days. Just sent them another message.
