Cigar after cigar (delivery bear in mind) are of excellent quality and never spoiled/damaged. Packaged well and keep well. The descriptions always live up to to the expectations too. From one Aficionado to another - Thoroughly recommend Havana House

Still waiting for an item I ordered on 13th April 2022! I've been in touch with Asha (customer service) repeatedly since then; initially I simply pointed out the error (they'd sent kingsize rizlas instead of the regular size I'd ordered and paid for). Worst customer service ever! Asha simply keeps moving the goalposts, and no sign of the rizlas I ordered! I was told to send my invoice via email; then I was told to photograph (?!) the items I received... I seriously don't understand what is wrong with Asha and why she is the only member of staff responsible for customer service, given that she is utterly useless at dealing with customers in a timely and polite manner! Havana House actually made the exact same mistake with my order over a year earlier, but at that time they corrected it by sending out the correct Rizlas within the week. I'm not sure what has gone wrong this time (but clearly Asha is not helping matters)!

Little disapponted and completely no communication to the customer if you would like to query anything. Ordered 4th July for a birthday present paid extra for 24 hour delivery arrived on 10th July. Tried calling the number several times and also used their WhatsApp service twice absolutely no reply. Items did arrive eventually but be use with caution if you want a quick turnaround.

Ordered cigars by the guaranteed next day delivery and never received them, when i sent an email enquiry there was no personal reply, just a very flat response with no customer service or after care.

Please note that your last order delivered, ref 304493, was incorrect in so far as it contained St Bruno Ready Rubbed, not St Bruno Flake, (although the Packing Slip stated this). Presumably a schoolboy error by the order picker. Please ensure this does not happen again, as, whilst it might be thought that the two varieties are much the same, I much prefer the Flake because it smokes cooler and longer

Not sure what happened in my last order. Took over a week from time of order to dispatch but there was a two day delay in taking payment and then Jubilee weekend so had to wait till that finished. Have received my order, 2 weeks from (my) initial order placement. This isn't my normal experience must stress that! Normally it's quick. Biggest annoyance though, sent me through my 100g or loose tobacco. Didn't receive any pouches! Git to use the HUGE flippy bag it came in

The La Paz cigars delivered were not what I expected. I have always bought them abroad before but were unable to recently because of travel restrictions. I was aware that there are two types available - cigarillos and mini cigarillos. Those that you delivered were between these sizes - never seen that size before. Had more details been provided (i.e. length and girth) I would not have made this mistake. Let me emphasise that you are not at fault - my mistake.

This order was very poorly packed. Tobacco virtually loose in clear plastic bags with a couple of empty pouches put in each bag. I had to repack the lot to keep the tobacco fresh. This has never happened before, so I've ordered again. Very quick delivery!
