Wonderful selection of fine cigars, good customer focused service and friendly staff. Very competitive prices, possibly the cheapest compared to most other cigar retailers. Huge bonus of allowing me the option of using my accumulated points on my cigar purchase’s, as the other retailer I purchase from will not do this.
Nothing negative to say to Havana House at all. My annoyance is directed towards the conservative government who constantly increase tax on this wonderful product which in my humble opinion relieves so much stress for so many people. Cigar smoking is a great adversary to combat ill mental health.
I will continue to promote this wonderful product and am a personal campaigner to reduce taxation on tobacco. I have successfully helped four people at work to quit cigarettes and start buying cigars from Havana House.

Deal with problems
1! Last October I had a problem with one cigar ( an Aging Room Quattro ) it did not draw properly this was a once off problem and I have had further boxes without any problems.
I telephoned in October and was told by a lady that she had never heard of this problem and would have to make further enquiries
I have never had a response and as it is the only problem with these cigars I’m still buying them without this problem occurring again
2 when you ran out of Aging Room Cigars you set a message asking if I wanted to be advised when they came back into stock. I completed the form but was not advised and I only found out by accident that they were back in stock
3 I got no response to my request for advice as to what you would advise as an alternative to Aging Room Cigars while they were out of stock?

We tried to keep hold of as much signature stock as we could before the change to the new 'pocket sized packaging' if we find any old stock we will send you one to make up for it.

We had to split ship your order as stated on the invoice. Disappointed that you haven't updated your review after receiving both.
These cigars were all dried out and flavourless . A real disappointment. I can only assume they have been in stock for years!

The average time of backwoods in our warehouse is 1-2 weeks before being sent out. The issue is with the manufacturer and we are trying our best to make sure that the quality of these cigars improve.
Goods not delivered, money was returned to my account promptly.

Yes we agree that the Royal Mail can be slow at times. We are always happy to replace cigars that are damaged in transit but we do try our best to make sure they arrive in the best condition possible.
