Wonderful selection of fine cigars, good customer focused service and friendly staff. Very competitive prices, possibly the cheapest compared to most other cigar retailers. Huge bonus of allowing me the option of using my accumulated points on my cigar purchase’s, as the other retailer I purchase from will not do this.
Nothing negative to say to Havana House at all. My annoyance is directed towards the conservative government who constantly increase tax on this wonderful product which in my humble opinion relieves so much stress for so many people. Cigar smoking is a great adversary to combat ill mental health.
I will continue to promote this wonderful product and am a personal campaigner to reduce taxation on tobacco. I have successfully helped four people at work to quit cigarettes and start buying cigars from Havana House.

Deal with problems
1! Last October I had a problem with one cigar ( an Aging Room Quattro ) it did not draw properly this was a once off problem and I have had further boxes without any problems.
I telephoned in October and was told by a lady that she had never heard of this problem and would have to make further enquiries
I have never had a response and as it is the only problem with these cigars I’m still buying them without this problem occurring again
2 when you ran out of Aging Room Cigars you set a message asking if I wanted to be advised when they came back into stock. I completed the form but was not advised and I only found out by accident that they were back in stock
3 I got no response to my request for advice as to what you would advise as an alternative to Aging Room Cigars while they were out of stock?

Amazing selection of cigars! What I also like is the descriptions of the cigar, a little history, and the online guides!
I used to partake many years ago with Hamets. Just decided to come back and have realised thanks to HH that there is so much more! I’ve just had a Rocky Patel no6 - was expecting to be overpowered by it but, my word, super smooth and flavoursome. That’s my first premium cigar since coming back! Well recommended!! Just need a decent cutter.

Thank you, my order got here and it really helped. I have pellagra and am currently in a village with no store, so the smokes getting here by mail across the internet swiftly was awesome. When I get back home I'll consider a more varied order, rather than my usual.

Great quality tobacco products, been using havana house for 2 years now, and will be coming back again for their excellent selection and cutomer service. They have some Good CLEAN rolling tobacco's and a TON of wonderful cigars.

Helpful friendly staff and service, great selection of cigars. Always sent with a good amount of protective packaging and always with a Boveda pack in the parcel. Struggling to find anything to improve or do better, keep up the good work.

Absolutely lovely smelling tobacco I brought the cherry & vanilla for my dad along with the coffee and caramel, he said both mild taste (which he likes with lovely aroma )

The menthol tips I got weren’t very menthol at all, but not really the suppliers fault.
