Wonderful selection of fine cigars, good customer focused service and friendly staff. Very competitive prices, possibly the cheapest compared to most other cigar retailers. Huge bonus of allowing me the option of using my accumulated points on my cigar purchase’s, as the other retailer I purchase from will not do this. Nothing negative to say to Havana House at all. My annoyance is directed towards the conservative government who constantly increase tax on this wonderful product which in my humble opinion relieves so much stress for so many people. Cigar smoking is a great adversary to combat ill mental health. I will continue to promote this wonderful product and am a personal campaigner to reduce taxation on tobacco. I have successfully helped four people at work to quit cigarettes and start buying cigars from Havana House.

Deal with problems 1! Last October I had a problem with one cigar ( an Aging Room Quattro ) it did not draw properly this was a once off problem and I have had further boxes without any problems. I telephoned in October and was told by a lady that she had never heard of this problem and would have to make further enquiries I have never had a response and as it is the only problem with these cigars I’m still buying them without this problem occurring again 2 when you ran out of Aging Room Cigars you set a message asking if I wanted to be advised when they came back into stock. I completed the form but was not advised and I only found out by accident that they were back in stock 3 I got no response to my request for advice as to what you would advise as an alternative to Aging Room Cigars while they were out of stock?

Good afternoon, I was expecting the delivery of the package way sooner. I ordered 4 bottles of Belgian beer,they send me only 3. One of them was half empty !!!

Have been good up til now but on my last order they sent the wrong product and I have been very disappointed with their response. On notifying them they could have sent the correct product by return (using the quickest post possible) but instead they just sent a wrapper to enable me to return the product they sent me in error.

Paid extra for 1st class post. 6 days later my order was still processing. Got fed up of waiting and asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. They ignored my request and posted it anyway. I emailed them and was ignored. After multiple emails i finally got a response which was 9 words "we are looking into this for you, many thanks". I never heard anything after that. Very unprofessional.

I'm sorry there was a delay in your order being dispatched this is very unusual and we do our best to get in contact to let you know about a delay like this. Please don't think we are ignoring e-mails, if we see an e-mail we will always reply. Sadly e-mails are not a reliable form of contact unlike whatsapp or social media and we suggest customers use them instead.

Appawling customer services, apparently its my fault for not stating in the delivery instructions that it was a gift so it arrived in a little box(that couldn't be closed due to its size) that was scruffy and ragged edged! Back and forth customer services for over a week, eventually led to being told get full refund and prepaid envelope. That was a week ago, still not received the envelope!!!

The cigar was purchased with 24hr shipping on a Tuesday evening but did not arrive until the following Monday. When it did arrive the cigar was squashed to the point that it almost resembled a box pressed cigar and the torpedo was crumpled too (although the latter was not a major issue). Have experienced multiple late deliveries with Havana house and will I will not be using them again.

We don't offer 24 hour shipping, it's either first class or second class. You ordered on the 13th at 10pm and it was sent out next day with Royal Mail first class. I think you must have an issue with your local service if it's taking that long and they must not be taking care with the packages. Feel free to return the cigar and we will replace it for you.

Overcharged as cheaper goods sent a lot later than expected, even though was promised more expensive replacement as a compensation for waiting and having to change the goods last minute. Later delivery gave me no time to replace the order. After calling them I received the refund but was very disappointed with the whole experience.

Items were never received/lost by Royal mail. Very hard to get a reply from customer services and did not provide tracking number details of replacement shipment after asking twice for it. Eventually received replacement nearly 20 days after originally ordering. On the plus side the cigars were of fantastic.

Unfortunately when Royal Mail lose a parcel their claims system makes the whole process way longer than it should be. The best way to contact us is on whatsapp or via our socials and we will make sure we get back to you as soon as possible.

Don't buy from these people!!!! We had a delivery of 2 different brands of cigars and my husband said they tasted dry and left an awful taste in his mouth. Left two messages on their answering machine, sent an email and they still haven't contacted us. Very poor service, in fact no service at all!!!!

Twice now I have ordered Back Woods cigars and from both batches (although different), two whole packs of five and a couple of other single cigars were unsmokable as they were much too tightly hand-rolled! Kind regards, Luke Dark..

Hello Luke, Backwoods are machine made cigars and unfortunately their quality can vary from batch to batch. Sadly it's the nature of a Backwood and you're more than welcome to send them back for a replacement. If you'd like we can open the replacement up and examine their quality for you before we send them out.

I purchased "La Invicta Honduran Churchill Cigar - Single Gift Box" which came as a Bundle of 2; The Cigar and the Item that should cut the Cigar, However when it arrived to my Surprise the Cutter was missing, which is upsetting 😡
