We have ordered Calendars from Leoprinting for a couple of years now. However this year we had a minor problem in that we requested envelopes with the calendars (normally we order the calendars with no envelopes) but upon delivery no envelopes were received.
We contacted Jordy, who was very helpful and after investigating credited us for the charges for envelopes.
Very happy with the product and now very happy with the service provided.

Ordered at the start of April 2023 - received in June 2023 - and to add to that wait time - was posted to the wrong address. I was told that because my address had been used on the invoice (even though samples were asked to be sent to the correct address) that it could not be changed - but this was not communicated to me at all nor was it written on emails or invoice itself. Communication was not great, after several back and toos with the digital proof I presumed the order was in hand - nobody chased. 7 weeks later I was asked why had I not approved? and when I called to ask for a discount due to the wait as this order was for a client - was told in no uncertain terms - no - and that the delay was due to covid and delivery times. This was April 2023 - which I find very hard to believe.

Thank you for your order and review.
As discussed before, we couldn’t start production earlier because we hadn't received approval for the production yet. You told us on April 13th that you would get back to us and after several reminders we got the final approval on May 18th.
The covid update you received was an outdated notification that should not have been sent from our side. Our apologies if that has caused any confusion, as this is not the reason why the order could not be produced earlier.
After the order was shipped, we were asked to change the delivery address. But unfortunately it was not possible to change it during shipping, because this will create more delay or the parcel even gets lost.
We are sorry that you have found this communication to be too direct, and we hope that you are satisfied with the products.
