What was initially a faulting self build soon turned into an enjoyable project with clear instructions, no missing pieces, and generally hassle free. We took our time and built over 2 weekends to allow for our anchor points to be dug and cemented securely - but the timber construction soon flew up and before we knew it our girls were enjoying their new play area. Highly recommended and an excellent investment. The only minor improvement could have been if the timber posts were labelled in some way - there way plenty of measuring and re-measuring before assembly to check we had the right piece which at times felt like it slowed us down - but as they say, “measure twice, drill once”.

Goods came late, and some items missing, customer service non existent! Prior to the item being delivered the price decrease by £50, queried it and was told tough luck! Explained as I haven’t received the item yet I literally could cancel and order again at the lower price. Was told thats fine but I’ll need to wait a new 3 week period for new delivery!
