I could not clearly understand the order lady on the phone. She did her best but, buying Canon ink, I made it clear that I wanted genuine Canon ink because Viking substitute ink does not reproduce well and the cartridge have a tendency to leak. She still sent me substitute ink for one of the colours! With no time to spare, and at 89 years of age, I found this a little less than my normal level of satisfaction with your products. From memory I think I have been a satisfied Viking customer for about 30 years. With manual dexterity problems I now find it very difficult to use the web for ordering and therefore have little option other than to order by phone.

Absolutely disguising service. Ordered on Fri 15th - the website stated next day delivery, which was the sole reason i bought the items, as I needed them for my small business - Monday, Tuesday pass, no delivery - contact the 'LIVE HELP' - Your order will arrived by 6pm today (Wed) nothing arrives, same Thursday - today has been a whole week - you just get told rubbish, as they say they have no tracking on my £145 order - really? I smell BS - very angry at a large business taking my small business' money - oh then cutting me off the chat - rude! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AWFUL SO CALLED BUSINESS! ( i know i won't be - dreading the refund, as i know there going to mess me about)

I was expecting delivery on Friday 29 July. I called and I was told that I had used an old account that was closed and there was no order pending. I told the person that I was speaking to that I had received an email confirming the Order but she said that was automatically produced even for closed accounts. She was very unhelpful and said that no goods would be delivered. On Tuesday 2 August the goods arrived. I am now considering whether to return the goods back to you.

Sales team excellent but accounts department awful. Telephone numbers that have 11 numbers that are not recognised from two mobiles and a second telephone number that only has 10 numbers. Do not reply to emails. Still do not know when the products requested will be shipped if at all. Typical behaviour for accounts departments from large companies and banks. Just wish I was so important that I did not have to worry about who was paying my wages!

Delivered 24 hours late. No update on delivery status. Items delivered in damaged and destroyed boxes. Had to spend my time checking which items were damaged and or missing. Appalling Customer Service. Inconvenience payment not received. Re-invoiced for replacement of the damaged items, even though they were collected. Hours spent trying to resolve the account. Extremely poor support for a customer.

Returns have been an issue. I was asked to refuse delivery when I called Viking to cancel an order made 5 minutes previously as goods had already been despatched to warehouse. Delivery driver advised he had already taken a photo so wouldn't be able to take parcel back. I now have to wait in all day for a return to be collected, it's all a bit if a faff. Not sure I'll order again just in case....

Online orders not showing on account. Missing items from delivery, when queried they are on a lead time direct from the supplier yet the website states in stock and next day delivery beside the item. Order confirmations received yet been advised that the order has not gone through. Overall a poor service compared to our last stationary provider. We cannot trust items will arrive when expected

What you can do to improve? Simple really, deliver the goods on the day of the agreed delivery, not 4 days later! The experience was terrible, Menzies Distribution tracker wholly inaccurate, tracking updates incorrect. It was not possible for me to contact Menzies Distribution to find out when the delivery would be made. The order was with the driver for 3 days? I will not use Viking again.

Very negative experience - managers refusing to take my call, listen to my complaint or give their first name details. Removal of our CIH management 10% discount after 22 years without any notification whatsoever & refusal to reimplement our discount on our account after 22 years of trading with Viking, spending an average £8k-9k per annum with them.

The service from Viking although excellent was let down by their inability to deliver. The courier company did not seem committed to guarantee delivery. We are an office and work normal office hours (9.00 to 5.00), there is no point delivering after 5.00, but even after Viking informing them of this they still attempted late deliveries.

Very disappointed. 1. I chose the specific leaver arch files because the detailed specifications stated they were 29.7mm tall, which would mean they would fit on my shelves. 2. They arrived and they measure 31.2mm. They will not fit on the shelves. 3. I contacted Viking asking for help to resolve the problem. I have had no responce.

When ordering furniture products we are invoiced weeks in advance of the furniture items actually being delivered. In the meantime Credit control stops our account due to non payment of furniture items even when we explain that the items have not been received. Poorly organised between departments when it comes to customer service.

The own brand A4 Lever arch files they sell have the lever arch mechanism in the wrong place so all of your papers stick out of the top of the folder. They were good enough to send me a credit note for the faulty file. But you would have thought that, for a stationery supplier, the is a pretty basic stuff

Cheap, shoddy product. The parts that arrived are incorrect and don’t actually fit. The doors have a round hole for the hinge to fit into except the hinges are rectangular. The rails are preassembled meaning you can’t access the hole to put the screw in. The instructions clearly show it is separate.

Although 3 days the consignment was being shown as "with driver" the goods were never delivered" and I had to query why. Was then told not delivered and was being returned. I could get a refund which I have asked for--which as yet has not been returned to my card number. DISGRACEFUL

You have changed delivery companies and now they refuse to leave my order without a signature, even though i specifically stated this would be ok. You have been delivering to me for several years without requiring a signature. Please use another delivery company from now on.

Service gone down hill. Items dont arraive, when they do they are wrong, Noone cares, just get told to call back. Then for a refund it talkes 14 plkus days, yet they take your money in seconds for the order. I just had an orderd returned, only to be redeived.

Ordered item over a week ago. Tracking shows that it has been in my local depot for 4 days and still not received it. Payment taken 4 days ago. Have phoned twice, spoken to 3 different people and situation still not resolved. Appalling service frankly.
