I could not clearly understand the order lady on the phone. She did her best but, buying Canon ink, I made it clear that I wanted genuine Canon ink because Viking substitute ink does not reproduce well and the cartridge have a tendency to leak. She still sent me substitute ink for one of the colours! With no time to spare, and at 89 years of age, I found this a little less than my normal level of satisfaction with your products. From memory I think I have been a satisfied Viking customer for about 30 years. With manual dexterity problems I now find it very difficult to use the web for ordering and therefore have little option other than to order by phone.

Absolutely disguising service. Ordered on Fri 15th - the website stated next day delivery, which was the sole reason i bought the items, as I needed them for my small business - Monday, Tuesday pass, no delivery - contact the 'LIVE HELP' - Your order will arrived by 6pm today (Wed) nothing arrives, same Thursday - today has been a whole week - you just get told rubbish, as they say they have no tracking on my £145 order - really? I smell BS - very angry at a large business taking my small business' money - oh then cutting me off the chat - rude! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AWFUL SO CALLED BUSINESS! ( i know i won't be - dreading the refund, as i know there going to mess me about)

The own brand A4 Lever arch files they sell have the lever arch mechanism in the wrong place so all of your papers stick out of the top of the folder. They were good enough to send me a credit note for the faulty file. But you would have thought that, for a stationery supplier, the is a pretty basic stuff

Online orders not showing on account. Missing items from delivery, when queried they are on a lead time direct from the supplier yet the website states in stock and next day delivery beside the item. Order confirmations received yet been advised that the order has not gone through. Overall a poor service compared to our last stationary provider. We cannot trust items will arrive when expected

Product fine, but chose Viking as they offered next day delivery. Menzies tracking system was hopeless and following up with Viking were just promised delivery which never happened. One afternoon Menzies contracted driver claimed no one was in, which was a lie. Waited in several days, eventually had to go out to buy more envelopes to complete a mailing. No contact at Viking or Menzies over weekend. Driver who eventually delivered almost a week later was very pleasant and apologetic, but I won't use Viking again.

At the time of ordering I was aware that I would be working away from home for the next few working days. To that end, I stated a delivery date when I knew I would be back and working at home. To that end, on the evening I arrived home from my away job, I was suprised and [a little] annoyed to see the box sat by my front door unattended. I have reviewed the tracking information (See Picture) where it shows that the box was signed for by 'Martin' at 08:43 on 2/8/2022. This was impossible as I was 130 miles away at that time and didn't arrive home until about 20:30 on 3/8/2022. This would indicate, in my opinion, that the driver lied and falsified records and, that my package had been sat there, unattended, until I arrived home. Upon opening the box, I noted that the wrapping for the ream of paper I had ordered was completely ripped and the paper was sliding out of the packaging. This meant that some of the paper had creased/curled. If I had seen that in a shop I would have walked past or requested a discount. Viking have always had a good name but, I am totally disappointed with this experience. I expect goods to be in the same condition as they would be in a shop. If I select a particular delivery date, it is for a reason (i.e. I am not going to be home). Finally, falsifying records is bordering on criminal activity. Had the box been stolen, I would have a difficult difficult time proving that i had not received the item.

I was expecting delivery on Friday 29 July. I called and I was told that I had used an old account that was closed and there was no order pending. I told the person that I was speaking to that I had received an email confirming the Order but she said that was automatically produced even for closed accounts. She was very unhelpful and said that no goods would be delivered. On Tuesday 2 August the goods arrived. I am now considering whether to return the goods back to you.

Ordered ink on line for next day delivery, order failed to arrive even though the courier had delivered the item somewhere! but not to my address. Phoned Viking to be told I will pass this on to the department that deals with this problem and you will receive a email within 8 hours still waiting for this after 1 week!! Yes the item was delivered by a very good neighbour some 500 yards from my address. I will not trust Viking again as they are using a poor courier company.

Goods we were waiting for abandoned in a location a mile away from our address but marked as signed for by courier. Called as soon as we saw that tracking had been updated to delivered, agent wouldn't call courier, instead passed on to "investigation team" but said he would mark as urgent so they should get back to us today. They did nothing for four days and eventually came back to us to tell us that it had been delivered to an unrelated location nearly a mile away from drivers GPS. We made our own enquiries and found the missing delivery at another business.

What you can do to improve? Simple really, deliver the goods on the day of the agreed delivery, not 4 days later! The experience was terrible, Menzies Distribution tracker wholly inaccurate, tracking updates incorrect. It was not possible for me to contact Menzies Distribution to find out when the delivery would be made. The order was with the driver for 3 days? I will not use Viking again.
