This is a fantastic product standing strong with only the shelf space to be configured according to buyers needs. The semi assembled storage unit made things easy, simple and interesting. My only issue is with the carrier, and the delivery man. Three times they called to find out if my post code was correct. They are inefficient courier using old post office data base. I tried to guide the driver how to get to my address with the van when he called me. They are two main roads to get to my address but one had been blocked by the council and we can only use the other one even as residents in the centre of London. Despite my guidance, he used the barricaded road and had no option but to use trolley to transport the unit over some unnecessary distance to my address. When he arrived I showed him the route he should have used seeing many cars parked on the street.

I placed an order on the website which was processed and then I received an email that the process didn't go through. I then logged in to check the card details I had on the account as I had previously made a purchase on the platform but was unable to view the card details. I contacted the accounts team who was unable to help as the contact was not familiar with the website. They tried to transfer me to the website team without success and after a few attempts gave up. This was quite disappointing as it was an important item I needed urgently. The website needs to be improved and easy to navigate. Also, it helps if a buyer can check card details and update accordingly. The filter sort option on the top of the products on the product page isn't great as well so I have to scroll down for a while to find my exact product. It was such a shame as I really wanted to make a purchase then but have now found alternatives.

THIS DELIVERY WAS TO REPLACE AN ORDER THAT I GOT WRONG, SO I RE-ORDERED EXPLAINED WHAT I HAD DONE, AND WAS TOLD NO PROBLEM WE WILL EXCHANGE THE ITEM, BUT IF YOU WANT IT ON MONDAY 6/6/22 IT WOULD COST AN EXTRA POUND, WHICH WAS NO PROBLEM, AS WE WERE AWAY AT THE WEEKEND ANYWAY. WHEN WE GOT BACK ON SUNDAY THE 5/6/22 THE DELIVERY DRIVER HAD BEEN BUT HAD TO COME BACK ON THE MONDAY 6/6/22 AS WAS FIRST ARRANGED.

Next day delivery didn't arrive (Fri). Checked tracking and went back to depot. Next out for delivery on Monday. Left at front door - no knock. Tracking showed "signed by...." but clearly I didn't. Product Okay - delivery partner (Menzies) shocking!! Good job it wasn't raining otherwise paper would have been ruined!! Probably won't use again.

The parcel arrived on time as offered. The four packs of copier paper were flying around loose in a large box without other packing material, which had caused three of the packs to burst but had not damaged the paper contents. Packaging needs to be improved to prevent damage. I usually enjoy parcels from Viking to be better packed.

The Ordering was quick and easy , but the delivery was taken to the Wong department with in the site even when requested to ask for Caroline Smith and that Building 5 was given as the address. This meant that we had to bring the goods to the 1st floor.

Printer cartridges as expected, ut delivered to old place of work despite correct address, where work mate said i would be in and they could be left, no tracking so wouldn't have known unless my friend called - found it a bit strange as this was 2nd parcel delivered in a week to wrong address when correct address and post code on order - not you the delivery company

The person I spoke to on the phone was helpful but she said that some of the prices that were printed in the sales literature that was sent in the post were not accurate and this was true as the prices of some items on the invoice were different. However she did draw my attention to one item I ordered could be doubled and I would get a third one for free!!

Great product range, although some things are slightly expensive. I had what I thought was a good deal as I needed highlighter pens, the offer was buy 1 pack get 1 pack free. When they arrived a couple of them were dried up and didn’t work so not so much of a saving. I like the reasonable delivery cost and the quick delivery.

Answered phone quickly and no hanging on like most companies. Spoke to a very courteous and efficient young man who tried to get me the cheapest price on A4 and A3 paper but to no avail. He did tell me there was a shortage of paper & thats why costs were higher than normal. As promised, delivery was the very next day. Thank you!

Items arrived the very next day - early on so good there; not the cheapest boxes of paper or printer cartridges but they arrived. Still dont understand why I get requests to rate - before the goods arrive ie on the interaction - surely the process and handling includes the delivery.

Overall very positive indeed. Only quibble, the packing slip didn't detail a product description that obviously identified the purchased items which made it difficult to confirm everything was there. For example: STN ULTR ASS 76X76 I believe these were the Post-It Notes!

Despite being disappointed my goods hadn't arrived, I called up and spoke to a pleasant member of staff, I was delighted to have an apology, a recommend resolution and 24 hours, my goods arrive. Now that's customers service.

Hard to state my comments as the obvious answer to most items (which I have not opened) is I don't know. Why comments are requested almost the day after delivery I don't know, especially when the items have not even been opened
