I could not clearly understand the order lady on the phone. She did her best but, buying Canon ink, I made it clear that I wanted genuine Canon ink because Viking substitute ink does not reproduce well and the cartridge have a tendency to leak. She still sent me substitute ink for one of the colours! With no time to spare, and at 89 years of age, I found this a little less than my normal level of satisfaction with your products. From memory I think I have been a satisfied Viking customer for about 30 years. With manual dexterity problems I now find it very difficult to use the web for ordering and therefore have little option other than to order by phone.

Absolutely disguising service. Ordered on Fri 15th - the website stated next day delivery, which was the sole reason i bought the items, as I needed them for my small business - Monday, Tuesday pass, no delivery - contact the 'LIVE HELP' - Your order will arrived by 6pm today (Wed) nothing arrives, same Thursday - today has been a whole week - you just get told rubbish, as they say they have no tracking on my £145 order - really? I smell BS - very angry at a large business taking my small business' money - oh then cutting me off the chat - rude! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AWFUL SO CALLED BUSINESS! ( i know i won't be - dreading the refund, as i know there going to mess me about)

I have used Viking for twenty years because of its next day delivery. My last order took four days. I called to complain and wasted a manager would contact me. Still waiting! I will now be considering where my next order will go

Very negative experience - managers refusing to take my call, listen to my complaint or give their first name details. Removal of our CIH management 10% discount after 22 years without any notification whatsoever & refusal to reimplement our discount on our account after 22 years of trading with Viking, spending an average £8k-9k per annum with them.

Order has not arrived after 10 days. Account sent but no goods, still not arrived. In stock so should not be a problem. Reported 4 times so far to Viking Customer Services, investigation response they are looking into the reason no delivery.

Ordered Wednesday - should have received Thursday. Van arrived - waited in driveway a few minutes then drove off. I contacted Customer Service to be advised item had not been put on van at warehouse. Told it would arrive next day. Waited all Friday - nothing delivered. No notification - the online tracker said "out for delivery". Contacted Customer Service Monday to be told there had been an "access issue" whatever that means. Delivery eventually made Monday. Good job it wasn't urgent.

Had to ring them to verify my card details. It was a charged call. The call seemed pointless. Then I cancelled the item. The next day they said it was to late then he next day I had a email to say it had been dispatched. Then the item was delivered to a neighbour. I couldn’t refuse it as it wasn’t delivered to us. The box looked like it had already been opened and then repacked with household cello tape. Then they organised for it to be picked up on a day last week from 8am-6pm . We stayed in all day and no one came. Then it was finally picked up yesterday. Have to wait a week now to be refunded. They still have my money so the case is still open….. I’ve looked on the website and the item has dropped £30.00 since I purchased it! What are the chances!

online customer support is poor, it barely gives you a chance to reply to questions before it says you have been inactive for 1 minute and cuts you off. No proof of delivery taken, my parcel never turned up. Advised it had not been delivered. Could I go and check around the house and with the neighbours? I seems I need to proof it has not been delivered while they hide behind the covid excuse that they can't take signatures. As far as I am aware most delivery companies take pictures as proof if they left it somewhere and on delivery. But as they won't tell me they me who would have deliverd it..... very unhelpful and won't use them again

Tell me if items are out of stock instead of taking the money out of the account and keeping it for three weeks without letting me know that you have cancelled my order! Ive waited all this time for an air conditioner now we are about to hit another heat wave and i have no air conditioner!!

Cheap, shoddy product. The parts that arrived are incorrect and don’t actually fit. The doors have a round hole for the hinge to fit into except the hinges are rectangular. The rails are preassembled meaning you can’t access the hole to put the screw in. The instructions clearly show it is separate.

Despite instructions on our opening times attempts to deliver were made - no notice put through the door of failed delivery. Its taken 15 minutes as your customer services only deal with a script and would keep repeating the same thing. So frustrated we will go elsewhere to get our stationery. WHich is very sad as we have had a good service previously but you do not pass on any delivery instructions to your drivers.... who also must be very frustrated by the failed deliveries because you do not pass on information..... AMAZON will win next time!

There was no option to very slightly amend an order once it had been placed. I wanted to add a line to the delivery address, to help the courier. This could not be done and no one was interested in trying to help. I tried 4-5 times on the day, the day after and even tried calling the carrier. I have used Viking for many years and I was really unhappy with the service. I spoke to a lady Called Zola, when I asked to be referred to a manager I was advised that this could take 10 days. I asked for her sir name and she said she was the only Zola in the office. I asked which office she was in and she said South Africa. I am in the UK dealing with a UK Stationary supplier how can anyone in South Africa even remotely understand what is happening in the UK. I will now look elsewhere for my stationary requirements. I do not want to buy on price, i want reliable delivery for a good quality product. I do not want an impersonal Amazon experience.

It has been one week since I placed my order and it has still not been delivered. Tracking has shown it "with the driver" every day. Customer service is a Joke with no direct uk centre number just a call center that will escalate to a person who will call you eventually and say it is in transit. Managed to get a email contact but that is now not responding to my request for clarity or a refund. Awful way to treat customers, small claims court may be only option. DO NOT USE VIKING DIRECT
