Customer care appalling. I have waited for a return to be collected for nearly a month. Have emailed numerous times and the last time it heard from you was told someone would be in touch within 13hrs. 5 days later have heard nothing. Sent another email yesterday which has been ignored completely. I am out of pocket and still having to store a cutter that is completely useless! There is no sign of anyone coming to pick up this cutter let alone my hard earned money. I am a small business and I don’t earn lots of money! Not only were my orders delayed because the cutter you sent was useless I then have to buy another one from somewhere else which means i effect I have had to buy to cutters with absolutely no idea when or if I am even going to eventually get a refund because you don’t even want to pick your faulty goods up let alone give me my money back. I am getting the feeling I am going to have to take this to the small claims court. Some more hassle I could really do without. Thanks Viking you have made a good job of making sure I will never shop with you again!
